The lease on our car was up and a friend recommended Suntrup in South County. Since we were up that way we decided to check it out and were greeted by Zach Seiler at the door and we’re pleasantly surprised by his knowledge, patience, and low pressure salesmanship. In a relatively short time we were transferring items from our old car into our new 2021 Volkswagen Jetta-which we really did not plan to purchase that day. This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

I purchased this car new but kept it only 2 years as I needed more space for my growing kids, their friends, and their activities. Mine was a sport model with black and white interior. Despite a rather average gas mileage for the size of the car, everything else was solid and the car was pretty spacious inside. The sport tuned suspension made it more fun to drive than the average Jetta. The only regret that I had is that this year model didn't come with a sunroof, even as an option. Other than that, it's a great car for a small family and the interior is resistant to active children :)

Everyone has been very conscientious and courteous checking back with me to determine what I want and if I was aware of the age of the vehicle. They also informed me that their service department wanted to work on some issues with the car and that they would let me know what they did and what work they believe still needs to be completed.

TDI. Great mileage - 40 mpg at 75 mph. Always starts in the winter. Very solid and dependable vehicle and fun to drive! This is the second TDI Jetta I have owned. A shame they don't make them anymore!

The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

Have purchased a lot of different cars at different dealers and the three I delt with there were great. Best experence ever. Derek , Adam, and Grant treated us like royalty. Purchased a 2025 Teguan for my grand daughter 11/14/25 and went back 11/15/25 and bought one for my wife. No presure sales and two the point , no haggle sales. I have probably purchased over 50 vehicles in my 78 year history and this is like sales should be. First time volkwagen purchases.

Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

9/2017 purchase offered significant dealer and MFG discounting....................OTD Jetta S with the manual shift was $1437.05. At 68,000 miles I've not had a single issue. Fuelly says just under 41 MPG in 35/65 city/highway use. My best highway miles Sacramento - LA round trip was 50.3 on Interstate 5. esshift5

This car has met all my needs and I learned to drive manual with it, it has a sporty feel when behind the wheel and is very responsive.
