I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

The new manager was awesome. Not easy to find someone who believes in OLD SCHOOL when it comes to customer relations.

The car I was interested in was sold but there were two others on the lot. After a test drive, I bought one. Great price and the car is in great conditon.

After finding what we were looking for online, we made an appointment to come see the car. When we arrived Luis greeted us and asked how he could help us. We told him about our appointment and which car we wanted to see. He already had it up front for us so it was easy for us to look at and take for a drive. We planned to come back the next day if we were going to buy it so he set us an appointment so we didn’t have to wait as long. Unfortunately they had a power outage that day but as a respectful professional he texted me right away so we didn’t drive there when they couldn’t sell the car and he rescheduled us for the next day. He never pressured us to buy anything. He just showed us the car we wanted and asked how he could help us. This is not like other car lots where they use high pressure to sell you something you only kind of like. We were truly impressed with how they treated us. As for the person who wrote a review about needing to wear fancy clothes to get their attention, that’s not true! I don’t wear fancy clothes and they were very helpful! We definitely will recommend them to our friends and family.

I went in for an oil change and Derek was very helpful and attentive. There were several clients ahead of me, but all jobs were done quickly. I was in and out within 90 minutes. Job well done.

Great customer service! Tyler and Robert were easy to work with and put absolutely no pressure on us. The vehicles there range greatly in price and condition but they always allow for pre-purchase inspections with your own mechanic. That was really nice and we were able to get my daughter into a car that was safe and reliable. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best rates and were %100 confident in our choice of vehicle. We have had the car for several months now and will definitely be going back there for our sons car when he's ready. I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

Tyler was great working worth it, no pressure to buy. Drove my new truck 3 days in a row before purchasing it. No pressure each time, had some issues and concerns. They addressed most issues I pointed out. Was able to make a deal on the truck I was happy with paying. I am a mechanic by trade, I looked this over before buying. There are cars/trucks at 507 that are cheap beaters and priced accordingly, but not much different from what i seen driving down Tacoma way and pac ave. They also have a good selection of nice cars, it’s a big used car lot. Just look over your vehicle you want, they will even let you Bring it to a mechanic to look it over. 507 is worth a Shot to at look see what they have!

great car to drive to work everyday, to travel to other city or town with a superior suspension. also to give as gift to our son or daughter in their birthday.

David Kim was excellent. I got a 2021 Jetta SEL Premium. The car is immaculate, it looks brand new,the inside looks like it's never been touched.

Even though I didn't get a car there, Kari was great to work with. Unfortunately they didn't have the right car at the right time despite their huge selection. I will be checking them out again next time I'm in the market.

We worked with Alex during this visit. He was great. The way that he went through the car buying process was different from any other time I have purchased a car. He was not pushy and wanted to make sure that whatever car I chose was the car I truly enjoyed. He then made sure that the finance officer worked within my realm vs theirs. He went to bat to make sure that I left in something and that something was great. Not only Alex was great though. The entire staff were very friendly, bilingual, knowledgeable, and it just felt right to be there. I would DEFINITELY recommend just based off of this fact. They also have a decent collection of high and low-end vehicles with decent mileage. They work with first time buyers and bad credit as well. Which is a win for many. I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

Ed was great to work with as well as all of the staff that we met. We got a great used car that looked like new. The price was fair and the buying process was stress-free. We will definitely consider buying here again.

I bought a 21 SEL Premium with 5k miles on it. Has fully digital dashboard display which is awesome because it's fully customizable, and you can even use the entire screen to display a map which shows local businesses as you drive near them. This vehicle also has Beats by Dre which I find terribly disappointing. My 2012 Toyota Camry had a JBL sound system which was 3 times better than this system. It also (at times) creates a bass thump when I make a call while listening to the radio which is irritating. The other issue that has me bummed was the cruise control system would fail half the time. I just got it fixed yesterday but time will tell as I've only engaged it once since dealership fixed it. The cabin feels very comfortable and is quiet on the road. The lane departure assist and assisted cruise control are impressive features that most will appreciate. Steering wheel controls are also nice features.
