Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

The car overall is in great shape besides a few things here and there but for the year it's to be expected and we got the vehicle at a great price we brought it home all the way to Rockford and had it inspected by our mechanic and he says that we made a great choice.

Garnet VW service staff and well trained and very good customer service. There is a very nice service waiting area, as well as a shuttle service until 5:00 p.m. I have had a need for routine services - mainly synthetic oil change with new filter, and new wiper blades. All has gone very smoothly.

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

Not sure why the low ratings/reviews on other sites. I had the most positive buying experience ever for a car. John Vickery and Eric Olivieri are top notch professionals. I was looking for a late model/low mileage pre-owned vehicle; I had narrowed it down to the 2013 CRV EX-L. They had one just taken in via trade with low miles, loaded and in great condition. I came all the way down from Northern NJ. I had also located similar vehicles at other Phila dealers but they were all too pushy. The experience here was low key and easy. I arranged my own financing and when I came down to pick up the car- I was out in 75 minutes- not once did they try to pressure or up sell other add-ons. I can wholeheartedly recommend the buying experience at Fred Beans. Would not hesitate to do so again.

Just purchased a new VW from Anthony Law at Fred Beans (Devon, PA). Everything done via the internet - this was the easiest purchase I have ever made! I had shopped several dealers here in N.J. and Anthony gave me the best price right from the beginning with no haggling. He was extremely professional and I knew ALL COSTS ahead of time via the buyers order that was emailed to me. (Buyers do need to be aware when obtaining quotes from dealers as they will ALWAYS contain every rebate available. Be an INFORMED BUYER and ask lots of questions!) No high pressure. I was the victim of a red light runner in mid December and lost my beloved VW Golf. I spent 3 painstaking weeks looking for a decent vehicle within my budget without having to finance. I would rather be physically hit by a car then deal with another car dealership EXCEPT for Garnet VW!! As soon as you request info, car dealerships blow you up!! My phone was ringing off the hook, text out the wazoo, and endless emails!! I stumbled up a gem at Garnet VW and requested email only. The following morning Steve, the manager, emailed me and we corresponded throughout the day. Not a single call or text!! I arrived that evening at Garnet and was handed the keys to the 2014 Kia Soul and told "take your time, you don't need a baby sitter". It was a breath of fresh air to not be forced in to small talk and a sign of respect. I'm sure if I was looking at a $50,000 new car things might have been different but it made a world of difference to me! I returned to a sales associate, Fran, showing me the ins & outs of the vehicle. Sat down with Steve and we struck a deal! As it was nearing the end of the night and dinner time, Fran brought out a variety of snacks & beverages while the car was being prepped and the paperwork completed. AND per request, they dug out a desk calendar for me! It was an absolute pleasure shopping with Garnet VW!!

I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

You know Brad I let my husband take care of the cars. He loves his Honda and the Service Advisor. He also comes back and tells me about Christine, Brandon, Rebecca and now Rachel. You were wise not to give him a job there , just kidding but he has very high expectations for Customer Service. From the day that I purchased the Qx50 , not really his type of car, he has put the care in the hands of Christine. It's awful if Christine is off, on vacation. I am sure there are capable people there, but Christine must know her cars and her customers. She doesn't sell him anything because she knows he has his own car log. I don't know that anyone is perfect, but because of his background Christine and networked with her contacts to help look for a job during the most battle of Covid and Unemployment. Who does that? My husband and people persons like Christine.

This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!
