Rob, our salesman, was very helpful through the purchase of an ID Buzz in the midst of the absurd recall/stop sale for the too wide 3 rd row seat. He answered every question and welcomed family to the showroom for the 6 week delay. Jim, the supervisor/finance guy was also helpful in finding the best rate. I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

We bought our stick shift TDI Jetta station wagon in 2003. It was a great car for most of those years. We’ve had to replace the clutch once. We bought leather seats and they have really held up quite well but as of 2024 the seals are starting to fail and it looks like we will need a new fuel injection pump. We have never had a garage that we could put it into, and that is why I think our seals Are failing. We Have parked it under fir trees and so it’s prone to having fir needles everywhere. Our gas mileage, I mean diesel mileage has been outstanding. But now I’m seriously considering letting it go. It would cost more than it’s worth to have it fixed. We have over 160,000 miles on it and I’m sure you could go many many more miles. One of the things that really drives me crazy is that the ceiling fabric is drooping and I don’t think that it can easily be fixed. We used to use Biodiesel, but it has become less and less available for us to buy. Also, we didn’t drive it fast enough to blow out the carbon that would build up. So that was another thing that we would have to have cleaned/or replaced. And don’t ask me what it was. I can’t even remember. It’s been so long ago. Also, there’s a weird plastic coating on the dash and the Door handle that I was feels sticky and I think that was like that from day one. It’s been a very fun car to drive and it handles very well on corners. The suspension is pretty stiff though. The front wheel drive did very well in the snow too. So if I were to write the interior of the car, it would be something like a 3.5, with the exception of the very nice leather seats. The seat heaters weren’t that great either. I would give the exterior of 4.5., Maybe even five if you don’t have a moonroof. Ours started leaking last year. I’d give the Jetta 5 stars for reliability, we’ve had a relatively easy time of it. It would have been even more reliable had we garaged it. We are ultimately responsible for any leakage!

So helpful… no tricks.. the price was the price … plus taxes & DMV That was it Khader and Mike are First Class They made something that can be complexed, simple, streamlined and a pleasure. Would definitely recommend and/or go back in the future.

New car 9/2017: odometer now at 65000 miles. No issues at all since new. Fuelly.com calculates 40.5 MPG in 30/70 highway/city driving. 5 speed manual transmission has excellent synchros - and with a very light clutch engagement plus short throw gear changes - this 2017 1.4 turbo is fun to drive.

Went in for service, hoped it was under warranty, it was! Car was done well before I could get back to pick it up. No more issues! I owned 4 Dodges that I got from Videon, this was my first Chevy. Same great service, different location.

My daughter and I recently leased a 2017 Volkswagon Jetta from Barry Grimm at your Doylestown dealership. After all of the paperwork had been completed, and we took that beautiful car home, we realized that maybe we should have opted for the automatic transmission, as opposed to the standard transmission which we initially decided upon, purely due to economics. We thought for sure that we may be stuck with a gorgeous car, yet one that neither one of us felt totally comfortable driving (honestly, I couldn't even get it into first gear, bleh!). The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

I use this car as my second car for daily city excursions. I love the peppy engine - great on gas. Good used second car to have. Mint condition. Scored big with only 48,000 miles in 2014. I'll never get rid of it. Love Love this car !

I bought a 21 SEL Premium with 5k miles on it. Has fully digital dashboard display which is awesome because it's fully customizable, and you can even use the entire screen to display a map which shows local businesses as you drive near them. This vehicle also has Beats by Dre which I find terribly disappointing. My 2012 Toyota Camry had a JBL sound system which was 3 times better than this system. It also (at times) creates a bass thump when I make a call while listening to the radio which is irritating. The other issue that has me bummed was the cruise control system would fail half the time. I just got it fixed yesterday but time will tell as I've only engaged it once since dealership fixed it. The cabin feels very comfortable and is quiet on the road. The lane departure assist and assisted cruise control are impressive features that most will appreciate. Steering wheel controls are also nice features.
