Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

The car overall is in great shape besides a few things here and there but for the year it's to be expected and we got the vehicle at a great price we brought it home all the way to Rockford and had it inspected by our mechanic and he says that we made a great choice.

Garnet VW service staff and well trained and very good customer service. There is a very nice service waiting area, as well as a shuttle service until 5:00 p.m. I have had a need for routine services - mainly synthetic oil change with new filter, and new wiper blades. All has gone very smoothly.

I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

Overall, a great leasing experience.

Not sure why the low ratings/reviews on other sites. I had the most positive buying experience ever for a car. John Vickery and Eric Olivieri are top notch professionals. I was looking for a late model/low mileage pre-owned vehicle; I had narrowed it down to the 2013 CRV EX-L. They had one just taken in via trade with low miles, loaded and in great condition. I came all the way down from Northern NJ. I had also located similar vehicles at other Phila dealers but they were all too pushy. The experience here was low key and easy. I arranged my own financing and when I came down to pick up the car- I was out in 75 minutes- not once did they try to pressure or up sell other add-ons. I can wholeheartedly recommend the buying experience at Fred Beans. Would not hesitate to do so again.

I had shopped several dealers here in N.J. and Anthony gave me the best price right from the beginning with no haggling. (Buyers do need to be aware when obtaining quotes from dealers as they will ALWAYS contain every rebate available. Be an INFORMED BUYER and ask lots of questions!) No high pressure. I was the victim of a red light runner in mid December and lost my beloved VW Golf. I spent 3 painstaking weeks looking for a decent vehicle within my budget without having to finance. I would rather be physically hit by a car then deal with another car dealership EXCEPT for Garnet VW!! As soon as you request info, car dealerships blow you up!! My phone was ringing off the hook, text out the wazoo, and endless emails!! I stumbled up a gem at Garnet VW and requested email only. The following morning Steve, the manager, emailed me and we corresponded throughout the day. Not a single call or text!! I arrived that evening at Garnet and was handed the keys to the 2014 Kia Soul and told "take your time, you don't need a baby sitter". It was a breath of fresh air to not be forced in to small talk and a sign of respect. I'm sure if I was looking at a $50,000 new car things might have been different but it made a world of difference to me! I returned to a sales associate, Fran, showing me the ins & outs of the vehicle. Sat down with Steve and we struck a deal! As it was nearing the end of the night and dinner time, Fran brought out a variety of snacks & beverages while the car was being prepped and the paperwork completed. AND per request, they dug out a desk calendar for me! It was an absolute pleasure shopping with Garnet VW!!

I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.
