We purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Trax. First their webpage, had great pictures and info on vehicle we were looking for, and at a fair price. We sent offer sheet and it was responded to right away, in a professional and friendly manor (no pressure) We met our salesperson Andre, friendly greeting, had Trax right in front cleaned up and ready for us to look at. After our test drive, Trax basically sold itself, we were pleasantly surprised, handling, features,and space in a smaller package. So next was just to finalize our deal, this is where Andre and Klick Lewis truly shined worked to get us the best financial rate (better than our pre-approval). We were right on budget, and had an additional warranty that we did not expect to have. I have bought many vehicles in my lie some new and some used. Discovered my "next" car on the Autohaus website - 5 1/2 hours away from home. Reached out to inquire about its availability and Hernan Diaz-Egg responded quickly. Hernan then work with me over the phone, primarily via text, to finalize the deal. They took my deposit while I was on route to the dealership. I explained to Hernan that I would like to be in and out of the dealership quickly as we had a long ride back home. He immediately began working with the Finance Manager, Laurie Pearson and when I arrived 97% of all that had to be done was done. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. New car 9/2017: odometer now at 65000 miles. No issues at all since new. Fuelly.com calculates 40.5 MPG in 30/70 highway/city driving. 5 speed manual transmission has excellent synchros - and with a very light clutch engagement plus short throw gear changes - this 2017 1.4 turbo is fun to drive.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

We bought our stick shift TDI Jetta station wagon in 2003. It was a great car for most of those years. We’ve had to replace the clutch once. We bought leather seats and they have really held up quite well but as of 2024 the seals are starting to fail and it looks like we will need a new fuel injection pump. We have never had a garage that we could put it into, and that is why I think our seals Are failing. We Have parked it under fir trees and so it’s prone to having fir needles everywhere. Our gas mileage, I mean diesel mileage has been outstanding. But now I’m seriously considering letting it go. It would cost more than it’s worth to have it fixed. We have over 160,000 miles on it and I’m sure you could go many many more miles. One of the things that really drives me crazy is that the ceiling fabric is drooping and I don’t think that it can easily be fixed. We used to use Biodiesel, but it has become less and less available for us to buy. Also, we didn’t drive it fast enough to blow out the carbon that would build up. So that was another thing that we would have to have cleaned/or replaced. And don’t ask me what it was. I can’t even remember. It’s been so long ago. Also, there’s a weird plastic coating on the dash and the Door handle that I was feels sticky and I think that was like that from day one. It’s been a very fun car to drive and it handles very well on corners. The suspension is pretty stiff though. The front wheel drive did very well in the snow too. So if I were to write the interior of the car, it would be something like a 3.5, with the exception of the very nice leather seats. The seat heaters weren’t that great either. I would give the exterior of 4.5., Maybe even five if you don’t have a moonroof. Ours started leaking last year. I’d give the Jetta 5 stars for reliability, we’ve had a relatively easy time of it. It would have been even more reliable had we garaged it. We are ultimately responsible for any leakage!

I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

I got a great deal on a 2022 Buick Encore GX, with trade-in value on my 2018 Encore above bluebook. They put me in a loaner car while my old car was being looked at in the shop, and Tim was willing to research and wait as long as it took to get me a car I was comfortable with and that I really liked, and then it didn't end up taking long at all - I even got a used car with lower mileage in the color I was hoping for.
