I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

I shopped several dealerships on line for a lease on a 2017 Volkswagen Passat R-Line. Garnet VW gave me the best price and honored it when I appeared in the dealership to finalize the lease (i.e., no "games"). Also, their showroom, complete with a VW store, is ultra modern. Overall, a great leasing experience.

I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

I was searching for a very specific vehicle, one which came to the lot of Hertz Car Sales in Warminster, PA. My online inquiry was very quickly answered by Mike Moore, one of the sales staff. I had written a review that was not so kind and after working with Carlos I am posting this new review because when I posted the first Review I received a phone call within minutes of the review I posted it was the owner Carlos to my surprise he responded right away and called me he asked me to explain the situation which I did that right there told me that he cares about his customers and his business I explained everything and Carlos intern explain things to me and I went back the next day and Carlos worked everything out to make sure that I was a happy customer in these days in time it is difficult to find that type of service he showed me that he cared and he wanted me to have the vehicle of my choice and make sure I was happy Carlos took the time to explain everything more than one time! He and his team do care and will work with you to make sure that you’re satisfied. He even let me take the vehicle to my own mechanic which was a good thing. I purchased the truck I wanted and have stayed in touch with Carlos he always calls me back and answers my questions. As I said before it is rare to find someone that goes the extra mile which is just what he did! Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

It was a pleasure to work with him and he made it a very easy and comfortable experience. Athough I did not move forward with a purchase at this time , I will return to consider another VW car and would work with Andrew again.

We bought our stick shift TDI Jetta station wagon in 2003. It was a great car for most of those years. We’ve had to replace the clutch once. We bought leather seats and they have really held up quite well but as of 2024 the seals are starting to fail and it looks like we will need a new fuel injection pump. We have never had a garage that we could put it into, and that is why I think our seals Are failing. We Have parked it under fir trees and so it’s prone to having fir needles everywhere. Our gas mileage, I mean diesel mileage has been outstanding. But now I’m seriously considering letting it go. It would cost more than it’s worth to have it fixed. We have over 160,000 miles on it and I’m sure you could go many many more miles. One of the things that really drives me crazy is that the ceiling fabric is drooping and I don’t think that it can easily be fixed. We used to use Biodiesel, but it has become less and less available for us to buy. Also, we didn’t drive it fast enough to blow out the carbon that would build up. So that was another thing that we would have to have cleaned/or replaced. And don’t ask me what it was. I can’t even remember. It’s been so long ago. Also, there’s a weird plastic coating on the dash and the Door handle that I was feels sticky and I think that was like that from day one. It’s been a very fun car to drive and it handles very well on corners. The suspension is pretty stiff though. The front wheel drive did very well in the snow too. So if I were to write the interior of the car, it would be something like a 3.5, with the exception of the very nice leather seats. The seat heaters weren’t that great either. I would give the exterior of 4.5., Maybe even five if you don’t have a moonroof. Ours started leaking last year. I’d give the Jetta 5 stars for reliability, we’ve had a relatively easy time of it. It would have been even more reliable had we garaged it. We are ultimately responsible for any leakage!

9/2017 purchase offered significant dealer and MFG discounting....................OTD Jetta S with the manual shift was $1437.05. At 68,000 miles I've not had a single issue. Fuelly says just under 41 MPG in 35/65 city/highway use. My best highway miles Sacramento - LA round trip was 50.3 on Interstate 5. esshift5

I was away for work, and my wife called and told me our vehicle was making a loud noise. We had AAA tow it to Burlington Volkswagen. Flo told my wife they couldn’t get to it until the next day. Flo called and told my wife they were going to also work on a recall item for my vehicle. When they checked the vehicle, Flo told my wife the catalytic converter was cracked, and they were sent photos to VW since it was related to the recall. Burlington VW was in constant contact with my wife every step of the way keeping us informed on what was going on. Flo called back and said VW was going to cover everything. VW Burlington went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed and to get VW to pay for it since it was related to the recall. The whole team was awesome, Flo at the service counter, the service manager and technicians. I have had a hard time trusting a dealer, but VW was phenomenal. We could have not asked for better service. My faith in dealers was restored. Thanks for great service!!!

I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.
