The waiting room is comfortable. the coffee was Great; they need a simple snack tray for customers in waiting. Most dealerships offer these. I give them a 9.5 Stars. out of (5). The VW Routan is a very reliable family van with a really great look. Very comfortable riding and pleasant to drive. Very good in fuel efficiency and the on board entertainment features(like 3 screens DVD players) are awesome.
