As before, he listened to understand my family's needs, and we discussed costs and options. He was patient with us. We looked at vehicles, test-drove them, and then left to do our own research. That's right, we left with no hard push from their staff to seal the deal quickly. When we returned, Shawn worked with us to negotiate pricing, and we bought the car that we wanted and needed. I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a safer car. A 4 tires lost air pressure in the cold snap 3 bounced back when it warmed and one didn't. They found a leak and repaired it. A damaged suspension component was also found. That was likely something missed by the body shop that repaired a minor fender bender last year. I was also given a ride home and a pick up when the need for extra work was determined. Great service, highly recommend.
