Eric T was awesome. He provided great customer service, no pressure and took the time to explain the various features pf the vehicle to my daughter. We felt that we could have walked out without any pressure to the sale. He took the time to go over many of the features with the vehicle and also was honesty in some of his explanations on the features that he was 'not' a big fan. We would recommend VW Wellesley to firends, and would recommend Eric T as well!

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

Aside from truly loving the performance of our vehicles and being loyal Volkswagen enthusiasts, the customer service at Coastal Volkswagen has consistently been excellent. This place was great! I was helped instantly, had all my questions answered, and the staff was upfront and honest. I worked with Derek Welch, who was such a kind individual. He made sure I was informed throughout the entire process and was such a great asset during the whole process!

This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! My sales experience at Wellesley VW was nothing short of amazing. I had been dreaming about owning a VW ID Buzz since I first saw the Youtube prototype videos back in 2017. I have had the pleasure of working with an amazing salesman named Jens Albrecht who is originally from Germany. He was and is very attentive and provided a lot of great information about the vehicle and went into significant detail when I posed additional questions. It is always nice to have a salesman who knows the product details inside and out and is passionate about them. The entire sales and service team at Wellesley VW as a whole was very friendly and supportive. I never felt any pressure and was provided with quick answers and honest feedback when discussing the offer, dealer discounts and options. I was able to take delivery in just a couple of days from my first inquiry about the vehicle. Jens provided a very in-depth tutorial of the VW ID Buzz systems configurations prior to my driving the car off the lot. A real confidence-builder for me as a first-time electric car buyer!
