New and used 2025 Volkswagen Taos SUVs for sale near Cuyahoga Falls, OH

I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

Very positive staff from initial phone call to working with Finance and driving off the lot! I knew this was where I wanted to buy based on how straightforward and prompt Alex was, I shopped around and this was where I found the best deal.

Purchased new Taos SE AWD end of April. Only have about 1,700 miles on it so far but I am very impressed. Fit and finish are great; rides smoothly and quietly. Many features on the vehicle for the money. 8 speed trans is seamless in its operation. Engine idles so quietly that my wife asked me why I had shut off engine when it was idling in a parking spot. Only concern (and it’s a very minor one) is need for more horsepower. I know that the’25 Taos has 17 more horsepower than the’22-‘24 models, but vehicle still feels like it needs more on inclines with four people in the car and when driving into high winds. But that is the only concern; made a great decision when I bought this car.

What a great car. Very smooth in accelaration. Cannot feel the auto change. Great accelaeration and very comfatable and tight to drive. My insurance went down because of all the safety features on the car. Have to read the manual to understand them all. My only beef is that the diplay feature for sporty as in the manual does not come up. If its in the manual then VW should have it avalaible

I had a very easy, no pressure experience. We bought two cars from them and traded one in.

Though I did not buy a car there I had a good experience. Vlad was really helpful and great in helping me and showing me the car. I would recommend this dealership.

No one is perfect, but AV Volkswagen comes close. Every one on the staff has been courteous and helpful to me in the six years since I purchased a used Jetta. I even stop by when the time changes for help in adjusting the clock because I am technology challenged and they graciously assist me although I'm not spending money on those particular days.

Very honest people, easy to talk to, understanding and willing to work with you. Nathaniel was so helpful and so good with our family and kid.

My experience overall is a 4 because our salesman dismissed my concern about the sunroof not working. I had been there quite a bit waiting to hear about the final price etc but as I was taking out things from my trade in, I told Shsms several times I didn’t like sunroofs in general and it acts like an overhead heater during our hot days and it didn’t work. He assured me it would eventually close. I felt like Shams was eager for me to leave and felt rushed. I think he was trying to make up for the rather long time it took to buy the car. He is new, very polite with high energy and I think over time his customers will really like him. I like him and would buy again because he listened to me when I brought the car back . The sunroof needs a new part to operate correctly. I suggested that he slow down and really listen to customer questions and comments and to not rush them when they are checking out last details before leaving.

I would leave more stars if it was possible, my wife and I were searching for a new vehicle and thought we should check out Hiley Mazda of Huntsville and we met Alan Benefield he was very helpful and knowledgeable on all makes and models. He worked with us on several different models for a few days until we found the right one. I was looking for a car and came across Brandon Tomes. I spoke with a kid named Ryan and he was awesome! I explained I was looking for a Mid-size SUV and was interested in the Volkswagen Atlas. He said he could vouch for this model because that is what he drove. He text me proof that he just wasn't saying this to grab a sale. I let him know I still needed to do more research and get my green in order and he was good and not pushy about trying to close a sale. I appreciated that more than I can say! It was refreshing not to be suffocated by a pushy salesperson!
