Used 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0T SE R-Line Black for sale near Smithfield, RI

Bought a car from Craig and had a great experience. Didn’t feel rushed to buy during process at all. He was super helpful when it came to my questions during the process. It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

Of all the Toyota dealerships I visited, Dave Souza at Imperial Toyota was able to find the exact car I was hoping for (he kept looking long after we spoke in-person) and reached out when he found it. He was helpful, not pushy at all. …and I really like my RAV-4 Prime… it is so smooth and zippy to drive… and the supersonic red is extra fun.

I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

We purchased a pre owned Golf and were very pleased with our experience. Everyone we worked with was professional and helpful. Low pressure attitude and well versed in their product and customer focused. We purchased the least expensive vehicle on the lot and received the same attention as I would expect from a high dollar purchase. What most dealers forget is that the hardest car to sell is the first one. They built the groundwork for future purchases.

I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

David Hernandez always go far and beyond in customer service by making sure that I make a appointment at the best day and time according to my schedule which is beneficial and I always leave the dealership happy after his service has been provided. I bought my car in for some repairs and the process was easy and fast. My car has been repaired and looking brand new again! Thank you David!

2022 SEL R-Line I see the other negative reviews which is unfortunate but I have not had one issue with my 2022 Tiguan. I purchased in October 2021 and have enjoyed the car since purchase. Well appointed with all amenities that come with the Audi Q5 which I was also considering. I went with the Tiguan because all you’re getting with the Q5 is the clout. Long distance driving is amazing as the car basically drives itself. Perhaps I got lucky but I’ve not experienced anything negative so far. Would highly recommend.

Jim Rigopoulas in service has completely won me over time and time again. The service staff is completely out of bounds with their professionalism and their product knowledge.

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. I found a vehicle online that the store showed in inventory. I made an appointment and took a 2 hour ride to se the car. I was assisted by Mike, my salesperson. Although the car was as described and nicely presented, I decided it was not the right model for me. Mike did a great job finding out what will work for me and will contact me when the right vehicle is available. Bottom line, I'd make the 2 hour drive again. Thanks, Brian

This one’s for the girls. I’m a single, 45 y/o fit woman who was looking to trade in my 2D 2012 Jeep Wrangler for a new car. I test drove dozens of vehicles, and for me, always coming back to the Taos for various reasons. I do my research, work in sales myself for scientific equipment and expect a certain level of expertise in a sales staff as well as professionalism from an organization. I did test drives at 3 different VW dealerships in particular, and this one was tops. I worked with Jens to test drive the exact vehicle configuration I was looking for and he was the utmost professional. He knew about the Taos, VW as a brand and even shared details I hadn’t already learned online (honestly folx, this is hard to come by. I took many a test drive where the salesperson had to consult the window sticker, and I’m sorry but a car doesn’t have that many specs to memorize…you should know how many Liters an engine is.) anyways, test drives were nice, easy, with or without the salesperson. Mike gave me a fair trade in value for my Jeep ($100 more than I expected) and even said to me “we won’t always be the cheapest, but we give you best offer first offer.” But they were actually the cheapest (sans haggling) and they did start with a best offer. Beat out the other dealerships on price of car and the trade in. Even honored a slight price discrepancy I showed them. Long story short…do your homework. Show up prepared, give them the information you have and set your expectations and they will meet you there.

This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! The salesman Craig was extremely helpful in my attempts to purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue platinum. He worked with me to establish a budget that accommodated my needs to the precise amount. However, due to my recent purchase of another vehicle one month prior. This wasn’t the right time for me to trade in my car for the newer vehicle Nucar was offering me. I so appreciate the customer service sales support Craig extended to me and the expertise in knowing my dilemma and guiding me this process.
