Used 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan SUVs for sale near Hayfield, VA

I worked with Bear for the majority of my purchase and was very pleased. He was professional and knowledgeable. Sean was also very responsive and reasonable.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

I bought my new Tiguan early last year, and am so glad I did! I love my car and enjoyed the sales process. Everything was so easy!

I had a pleasant experience with the service received this day from the mechanic who inspected my car and from Junior Villatoro in his extraordinary customer service that he provided me, it was beyond my expectations.

I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

I scheduled an appointment for my car to be serviced with Mr. Medric Mills based on past experience. I was greeted and he explained what needed to be done and the estimated cost. I went to the waiting room, and he told me he would come and let me know when the service had been completed. After explaining the service done, he also informed me when future repairs were due. My experience was excellent with the best customer service.

2022 SEL R-Line I see the other negative reviews which is unfortunate but I have not had one issue with my 2022 Tiguan. I purchased in October 2021 and have enjoyed the car since purchase. Well appointed with all amenities that come with the Audi Q5 which I was also considering. I went with the Tiguan because all you’re getting with the Q5 is the clout. Long distance driving is amazing as the car basically drives itself. Perhaps I got lucky but I’ve not experienced anything negative so far. Would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience at this dealership, particularly with my sales rep Ibrahim. He was very helpful from the moment i requested information online. He helped me get all the details I requested even before I came in. He is a very respectful and no pressure gentleman who has excellent communication skills. I got the transaction done quick and easy. Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!
