I recently purchased a VW Tiguan SE and had a great experience with Ian and Enrique. I visited several dealerships, but this one stands out for the professionalism with which Ian and Enrique handled themselves from the beginning. They were pleasant, informative and transparent about what they could and could not do. More importantly, they never resorted to high pressure tactics or disingenuous dealings.
