The oil change was efficient. In terms of getting me in there at pretty much last minute, they accomodated me and got me in earlier than expected. Did not like the fact that they had no record of me being there before despite the fact that I purchased my last car there in 2013 and had all of my service performed there. But overall, good service.

I choose the S model that doesn't come with all the extras but for me the interior is roomy well appointed cloth seats that I don't have to maintain,also a large infotainment screen that is very functional shift on the collome leaving more room on the console .The exterior is sporty and clean lined making it easy to ceramic coating it. I find the 2 liter turbo charged engine provides plenty of power for the model that has less curb weight than the Atlas and the front wheel drive results in getting 35 mpg at 70 on the hwy. The overall results in a very comfortable ride and experience that I was looking for.

Again, always outstanding, exceptional service from All! All people delivered friendly, personable, helpful customer service. Very clean and comfortable facilities, including waiting area. (Despite service costs being more than expected.)

Eric Tonkonogy is the best! He always makes the process of a getting a new car easy and seamless. He is willing to answer any and all questions and always goes above and beyond. This the 3rd time going through Eric for a vehicle and I wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else!

Tim is a nice salesperson, he is patient for helping customer the whole process, the only thing he can do better is to call back certain customer on time. Try not to let customer expecting the phone call too long.

This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! Very good customer service, Fast and professional, everything was done in the same day without any problems.

appointment was done online and I was able to get my time. diagnosis was performed and I was informed of the problem. parts were ordered and arrived in a timely fashion and the job was done. car seems to run very well after the repair. I did not got the car wash but that is ok since I wanted the car back as soon as possible so forfeiting the car was saved me time.

Seen for regular service. Team found a nail in the tire. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road with a new tire in time for an important appointment.

This one’s for the girls. I’m a single, 45 y/o fit woman who was looking to trade in my 2D 2012 Jeep Wrangler for a new car. I test drove dozens of vehicles, and for me, always coming back to the Taos for various reasons. I do my research, work in sales myself for scientific equipment and expect a certain level of expertise in a sales staff as well as professionalism from an organization. I did test drives at 3 different VW dealerships in particular, and this one was tops. I worked with Jens to test drive the exact vehicle configuration I was looking for and he was the utmost professional. He knew about the Taos, VW as a brand and even shared details I hadn’t already learned online (honestly folx, this is hard to come by. I took many a test drive where the salesperson had to consult the window sticker, and I’m sorry but a car doesn’t have that many specs to memorize…you should know how many Liters an engine is.) anyways, test drives were nice, easy, with or without the salesperson. Mike gave me a fair trade in value for my Jeep ($100 more than I expected) and even said to me “we won’t always be the cheapest, but we give you best offer first offer.” But they were actually the cheapest (sans haggling) and they did start with a best offer. Beat out the other dealerships on price of car and the trade in. Even honored a slight price discrepancy I showed them. Long story short…do your homework. Show up prepared, give them the information you have and set your expectations and they will meet you there.

Found the car I wanted at cars.com, and was referred to Tim by their internet sales manager. He was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. John in finance was also wonderful to work with, without the hard sell on lots of ad-ons. (He did sell me a couple of things after explaining well why they were a good idea, told me not to bother with a bunch of others...) Wonderful experience all around!
