I recently purchased a BMW X5 at another dealership that had some oil leaks. I took it to Dreyer & Reinbold BMW Greenwood for a diagnostic test. Tony Parson my service advisor worked with myself and the other dealership on getting the work completed and paid by the other dealership. He was pleasant, professional, and was in contact with me all day long each step of the way. He made all the necessary calls to the other dealership in regards to going over the findings of the diagnostic testing, but also was one step ahead with each step. I’ve owned my new CrossTrek for six months now. I’d previously purchased two Foresters from this dealership. Alex is a low key no pressure salesman. Test drove many of their vehicles. Got a fair deal. A month after purchase I met with Betsy who is their tech specialist. She went over many of the new tech features and was excellent at explaining the many new features my 2017 Forester didn’t have. Took my car in for its first service this month. Del was my service advisor. He explained their service philosophy. Car only needed an oil change and tire rotation so things were easy. Would recommend the sales & service at this dealership without hesitation.

We were traveling out of town Monday at 6:00, outside temp -3 when service engine light came on. Whet to greenwood with my x5 and the service department was closed. Landon Powers in the service department was still there. He added fluids needed and added pressure to tires outside in the cold. He did it cheerfully with no charge. Thank you Landon. The service managers, Blake, Steven and all the other people, are very nice and honest. This is a very nice dealership run by nice people.
