After losing my home and vehicle in a recent house fire, I needed to regain my independence, but was in no rush to make a purchase. Darrick, Oliver, and David were absolutely amazing! Their patience with me as I had to find important information that was no longer easily accessible due to being destroyed, their willingness to help me find the best financing, their understanding as I needed to take my time making my decision and their follow up post sale helped me so much. Then, Bill and John, the delivery guys were on time, communicative, and very friendly. I would take my own family members here to shop for a vehicle. This was undoubtedly the BEST car buying experience I have ever had in my life! Working with Ron was absolutely a blessing, and I would do it all over again tomorrow if I had to. From my first contact with the dealership by phone to driving away from the lot, I have nothing but positive feelings and memories. The professionalism here is outstanding. I have never met a kinder, more patient, salesperson than Ron. I worked on a car deal with him over the phone and through text for over a week. He was extremely responsive, thorough, communicative, and NEVER ONCE made me feel like I was bothering him. He answered every single question I had (some more than once!) and even did an over the phone tour of the vehicle with me since I was 4+ hours away. Everything he told me about the vehicle was true. There were no hidden surprises, no hidden fees, and when it comes to buying a car -- that is hard to believe.The price that was given to me over the phone is exactly the price I paid when at the dealership. The vehicle was clean, had a full tank of gas, and I cannot say how happy and pleased I am with the whole experience. Speaking of "clean" quickly - the dealership is pristine. The lot is clean and organized, inside is fresh, clean, and inviting. I was amazed at how spotless the place was, but the best part was the huge TV with the NBA playoff game on :) Gave me something to do in between signing and waiting for my car to be detailed and gassed up. There was one minor hiccup in the process towards the very end when dealing with the financial part and banks being closed on Sunday. While I started to panic a little, Ron and his team were calm and understanding. They helped me explore every possible option to ensure I took my vehicle home as soon as possible. At the end of it all, and thanks to the hard work and flexibility of the sales team and management, I was able to drive home with my new car. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone looking for a car, and if I had the opportunity, I would love to do business with them again. I have been a Honda owner since 1981. I've owned them all. When it came time for a new one I looked at what was being offered but nothing satisfied me.
