Customer service and tech repair excellent. The car is out of warranty and I know the job could have been done for a lot less. But VW won't share its technology

Such a great VW experience! Rich was professional, and so knowledgeable- he answered every question I had about the vehicles I was looking at and made the process go smoothly and quickly. He also patiently explained the tech and features in the VWs and even my insurance app! Robert and Anthony made me feel comfortable with the financial side of things. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t love, they worked with various lenders to help me get the best deal, and I understood everything I signed. After being totally uninspired with my ‘go to’ Japanese brands, I decided to test drive a VW Tiguan. I test drove one at another dealer but they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. I was searching online and spotted a Tiguan with the exact features/color I was looking for. It was marked down a significant amount as well. I emailed the dealer and received a phone call from Jonathan Scoggins who confirmed all the features over the phone. He also confirmed that the mark down was not a gimmick as it sometimes is. I came in and Jonathan and I talked for a while and went on a nice test drive. He is very knowledgeable about cars and the VW brand. He put my mind at ease (I’ve never had an VW) and the test drive was heavenly. I wasn’t quite ready to make a decision and wasn’t pressured to do so. A few days later I came in and made the trade. I was looking for a car in September. I drove an Atlas as a used car dealership. So we decided to just check them out. Ethan McDonald who took us on was fantastic. I decided to wait to buy til later on. December came around and it was time to buy. I started shopping for the best deal in the area and became extremely frustrated with dealers and dealerships.
