Very good customer service, Fast and professional, everything was done in the same day without any problems.

The oil change was efficient. In terms of getting me in there at pretty much last minute, they accomodated me and got me in earlier than expected. Did not like the fact that they had no record of me being there before despite the fact that I purchased my last car there in 2013 and had all of my service performed there. But overall, good service.

Seen for regular service. Team found a nail in the tire. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road with a new tire in time for an important appointment.

Today I went in to buy it and I have to say Luis Reyes gave a beyond exceptional service. I went in a bit confused about buying my lease since I never did it before and he walked me through every step of the way and beyond to make sure I was getting the best service I could. Between Luis and Mark, I couldn't ask to be in better hands. They even threw in a few extra perks as a thank you for being whith mastia. This dealership has been my beacon for the last probably 5 or 6 years after many disappointments at others. Their service and care is unbeatable. And those I have had the privilege of working with are exceptional in their knowledge and attention. Thank you again for everything and for being part of the team that keeps me coming back each time. This one’s for the girls. I’m a single, 45 y/o fit woman who was looking to trade in my 2D 2012 Jeep Wrangler for a new car. I test drove dozens of vehicles, and for me, always coming back to the Taos for various reasons. I do my research, work in sales myself for scientific equipment and expect a certain level of expertise in a sales staff as well as professionalism from an organization. I did test drives at 3 different VW dealerships in particular, and this one was tops. I worked with Jens to test drive the exact vehicle configuration I was looking for and he was the utmost professional. He knew about the Taos, VW as a brand and even shared details I hadn’t already learned online (honestly folx, this is hard to come by. I took many a test drive where the salesperson had to consult the window sticker, and I’m sorry but a car doesn’t have that many specs to memorize…you should know how many Liters an engine is.) anyways, test drives were nice, easy, with or without the salesperson. Mike gave me a fair trade in value for my Jeep ($100 more than I expected) and even said to me “we won’t always be the cheapest, but we give you best offer first offer.” But they were actually the cheapest (sans haggling) and they did start with a best offer. Beat out the other dealerships on price of car and the trade in. Even honored a slight price discrepancy I showed them. Long story short…do your homework. Show up prepared, give them the information you have and set your expectations and they will meet you there.

I would absolutely rate this experience, a 10 out of 10. Andreas made the process smooth and easy. He is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Andreas if you are shopping for a car. An A+ dealership with A+ salesman. Best car buying experience I ever had.

This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! We've purchased a new car here, and have had it serviced here as well. The purchase was as easy as it can be. The service department is knowledgable and are quick and accurate in diagnosing problems.
