Good all - around vehicle...decent power, roomy and comfortable interior, quiet and smooth ride, good handling and nice steering feel, great gas mileage, good visibility... Freeway passing requires a bit of patience and planning...

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

We purchased a pre owned Golf and were very pleased with our experience. Everyone we worked with was professional and helpful. Low pressure attitude and well versed in their product and customer focused. We purchased the least expensive vehicle on the lot and received the same attention as I would expect from a high dollar purchase. What most dealers forget is that the hardest car to sell is the first one. They built the groundwork for future purchases.

I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

Tiguan like most VWs show their superior stability and control in bad weather, cornering and higher speed. That is compared with my other car (Crosstrek).

Gene Robbins is the best Service manager around. He will do anything he can to take care of you car issue. I had a non warranty covered issue and he worked out a very reasonable way to address the problem. Great job Gene!!

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

David Hernandez always go far and beyond in customer service by making sure that I make a appointment at the best day and time according to my schedule which is beneficial and I always leave the dealership happy after his service has been provided. I bought my car in for some repairs and the process was easy and fast. My car has been repaired and looking brand new again! Thank you David!

2022 SEL R-Line I see the other negative reviews which is unfortunate but I have not had one issue with my 2022 Tiguan. I purchased in October 2021 and have enjoyed the car since purchase. Well appointed with all amenities that come with the Audi Q5 which I was also considering. I went with the Tiguan because all you’re getting with the Q5 is the clout. Long distance driving is amazing as the car basically drives itself. Perhaps I got lucky but I’ve not experienced anything negative so far. Would highly recommend.

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

I've always absolutely loved this car for ALL of its awesomeness, but I decided to write this review today because my Tiguan saved my life. I've owned it for 5 years and enjoyed all of it - for its reliability, performance, comfor, style - you name it. But today, thanks to this car and its safety (airbags performance in particular), I am still alive, so I wanted to write this review because this car truly deserves it. Thank you to all the people who've made this car.

We purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu in February 2025. Our sales rep was Izzo Ramos. He took great care of us right from the start! He asked what we were looking for and showed us some cars that fit our preferences. He listened to what we were looking for and we felt comfortable with him. I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

I bought a 2014 Ford F150 Ecoboost from this dealership. Mike was excellent, he let me take the vehicle for a solo test drive and also offered to have me take it home to show my wife 40 miles away. They were willing to work within my budget and did not haggle me to stretch my dollars. Kevin was also excellent, willing to work with me to be able to get the truck. He returned every call and Mike even drove down to meet me for the VIN check. I went to several well known dealerships and wasn't interested in working with me at all, even when I had excellent credit and was already approved for the loan. This team at Prestige is awesome and the cars/trucks are MINT!!!! Do not buy anywhere else, you will be wasting a lot of weekends trying to find a better deal. I will be back for my next vehicle for sure. A1 service and attitudes......Thank you again Mike and Kevin.

I LOVE THIS CAR!!! so comfortable, roomy, perfect for this family of 4. Pleanty of room for my 17yr and 9 yr old to have their own space. Drives like dream the options are endless. I will definitely be getting another one when it’s time to buy again!!!

After locating just what my husband had in mind for a used small pickup listed at South Easton we arrived to be greeted warmly by Eric who gave us all the details On the vehicle and allowed us to inspect it. Great car for the money. I like everything about it except the Infotainment system. It would be nice to have an aux input and a cd player.

Peter Place has always been our go to person when we purchase a vehicle from Putnam Chrysler/Kia. He is very knowledge of the vehicle that he is selling you and goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer's needs.

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

I chose this Tiguan as it is large enough for me to carry my skis inside. It is extremely good on gas. It is very quiet on the road handles very well is very comfortable and is loaded with many safety and convenience features that I did not know I would even appreciate. It is very comfortable and enjoyable to drive.
