30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Jens was great to work with and made the whole process fast and efficient. He was very knowledgable about the car, its features, and changes from older versions. Very pleased with my Wellesley VW experience.

I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

My husband and I were in search of a used Ford Fusion Hybrid, since our other one was slowly dying of old age (13 yrs./213,000 miles) but had been very reliable for many years. Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! Good all - around vehicle...decent power, roomy and comfortable interior, quiet and smooth ride, good handling and nice steering feel, great gas mileage, good visibility... Freeway passing requires a bit of patience and planning...

Got it when VW had a 6-year warranty. Have had no problems. Reliable, fun to drive. Pano and 3rd row. An excellent family car and well appointed German engineering.

120,000 mi. service on a 2017 Jetta was performed and priced as promised (a fairly expensive service, but a long list of “checks”, services and some replacements). Sarah was very pleasant, knowledgeable and provided confident responses to my questions. Service was completed within the timeline promised as well. Car was even washed before I picked it up.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I recently dealt with Carmax of Norwood, MA. They had a great inventory of cars that I am searching for and very knowledgeable salespeople. The sales staff was very helpful with their product inventory, options and descriptions of their cars. They very very informative regarding their buying processes as well as financing options. This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

Was told up front how minimal the 30000 mile maintenance would be. Planned for an early drop off and told them I wouldn't need the car until the afternoon at earliest. Was only about 45 minutes until they told me the vehicle was ready. Very happy with my service visit.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

Didn’t waste our time. Originally came in for test drive - didn’t get any runaround or pressure, they just let us drive the car. When we had an appointment, they were on time - at most dealers, appointments seem to mean nothing, but not Tasca. Helpful, friendly, professional staff. Comfortable, new showroom. Generally made it very easy to buy the car. Anthony in sales, also finance manager and GM were great.

I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

However, it is almost always the case that, when reaching out to dealership, you often hear back from at least 2-4 different people, often from different departments, and that can be a bit frustrating and overwhelming. This was the case with Mastria and it made take a step back.

I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

I bought a car from them in 2011 and when I was ready for another a few weeks ago, I went back. There was nothing wrong with the first one that I bought there - I drive a distance for work and the 89,000 Mitsubishi that I purchased in 2011 (and still loved) was nearing 151,000 so while it still had some life left in it, I decided on getting a lower mileage car so I could give the old one to a friend who was in desperate need of a vehicle..I found one on their site that I really liked and within 2 days, I purchased it. They give a 30 day warranty and both times, I returned to have them fix little things: a squeak in the front, a fog light that didn't work....let's face it, they are used cars and I expected a few minor issues. When I brought them back in, they checked everything and fixed all the issues I had, no questions asked. I don't know how they are as a repair shop for major issues because I have my own mechanic but I would and will buy my next car from them when the time comes.

Tiguan like most VWs show their superior stability and control in bad weather, cornering and higher speed. That is compared with my other car (Crosstrek).

my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

I chose this Tiguan as it is large enough for me to carry my skis inside. It is extremely good on gas. It is very quiet on the road handles very well is very comfortable and is loaded with many safety and convenience features that I did not know I would even appreciate. It is very comfortable and enjoyable to drive.

Very easy and friendly. We have leased other Volvos from Patrick, and had Jake Fredrickson as our salesman before. It’s a credit to both Patrick and Jake for the entirely pleasant experience. We returned w/ our new Volvo to get the inspection sticker, the new registration, and have the ceramic protectant applied. Everything was done as promised, and on time. To eliminate waiting for the service we return given a comparable loaner car for our use. When we picked up our car it was sparkling clean. We are enjoying our new XC40 very much.
