It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

Shout outs r due when u meet someone that goes up and beyond ur expectations, that does not just they job but moves to make a customer happy in every form possible. I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

I LOVE THIS CAR!!! so comfortable, roomy, perfect for this family of 4. Pleanty of room for my 17yr and 9 yr old to have their own space. Drives like dream the options are endless. I will definitely be getting another one when it’s time to buy again!!!

Decent place, not sure why I need to talk to part then service to set everything up, like why does the customer have to relay messages to the same dealership and it?s departments, do they not communicate.

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

It was fast and friendly. They didn't do any other work unless they talk to me frist. I will return there to get my other work done once I have them money.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Wally Armour was the only dealership I've ever been to, where there was honesty and professionalism!!! They say what they mean and mean what they say!!! There are no bad surprises such as hidden fees as an example, they are upfront about every aspect of your experience!!! Their prices are the best I've ever, hands down, and im not just saying that!!! I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

Great car for the money. I like everything about it except the Infotainment system. It would be nice to have an aux input and a cd player.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. I've always absolutely loved this car for ALL of its awesomeness, but I decided to write this review today because my Tiguan saved my life. I've owned it for 5 years and enjoyed all of it - for its reliability, performance, comfor, style - you name it. But today, thanks to this car and its safety (airbags performance in particular), I am still alive, so I wanted to write this review because this car truly deserves it. Thank you to all the people who've made this car.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

This car dealership is not your typical dealership. It was weird, in a good way. People were friendly and smiling and no pressure to buy. They even had a cookout on Saturday for customers.

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). Throughout the process they were reasonable and easy to work with. I was completely satisfied with the buying experience and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

This car is a great ride , comfortable The informatics are great rides smoothly. The moon roof is amazing. Family likes this Tiguan and enjoy driving in it.

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.
