I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

The sales associate was very polite, knew her information regarding the vehicle I wanted to purchase and worked with me to accommodate my schedule which had to be changed a couple of times.

I feel as if when I purchase I am getting quality at a fair price . I don’t like being bugged when I’m on a lot looking for that special vehicle . You can walk around and there isn’t any pressure to buy . The vehicles are taken care of , clean, feel and look new . I honestly feel like I bought a brand new vehicle . I did my home work on my new sienna and compared to other dealerships I saved a lot of money . Sure I could go to the brand name dealership however as soon as I step on their lot I’m approached . I can’t just look around without being followed and talked to . Let’s face it the sales people are making a living selling because they have to . The used vehicle section quality wise and looks which is very important to me lacks in care . I compared models . The name brand dealer the vehicles have many flaws . If you do not like some thing like a scratch etc .. Roberts auto sales fixes it with a professional job. Name brand what you see is what you get . So I feel like we saved a lot of money after comparing the quality of our vehicle . I could not imagine going anywhere else . Junior and Fernando are both really nice guys who work at Roberts . They are good with getting back with you with answers you may want . They make sure you are satisfied with your purchase . I do not think I could walk in to Toyota and say hey can I have five days to decide if I want to keep my new car ?? Their answer would be no ! If you want quality vehicles , sharp looking , new looking , you do not want some one bugging you for a sale Roberts is your place ! I feel they are honest open and care . I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

This car is meant to perform. With regular maintenance and wear an tear items the vehicle has been great and reliable. Been doing Volkswagens for over 20 years now. Even though I work on them myself and for many others in my area these cars are amazing and fit my personal needs for performance and style. As well as luxury.

Amazing daily driver that can AutoX with ease, I absolutely love dailying and tracking this car, even while stock. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a sporty daily driver.

The dealer called me immediately and described the car I was interested in. Informed me about the cars 1 owner history and was very outgoing and friendly. Offered options in car delivery, since I reside in hayward, CA. I wish I could have purchased this spiffy red Toyota Corolla 2007 but I assisted in dental procedure payments in the past year so I currently cant afford to make any major purchase this year. But, it's great to know that there are still some very nice older model cars out there when I am ready to purchase 1. I pray that before my next car smog in 2 years that I will have the funds to purchase a 2007-2016 Toyota Corolla Basic style car. Any free car donations are welcome too but hopefully near where I live because I would like to test drive the next car I get and Tracy, CA is kind of far from where I live, but the folks around there seem to cherish their cars and am more likely to purchase a 1 buyer car there than around this very fast moving part of the East Bay area here in Alameda County. We can barely exit our apartment driveway where I reside currently because the traffic come from 2 major speedy streets leading on and off the freeway. My neighbor and her child were badly injured because on our 25MPH street the cars go about 50MPH on the average. I wish the mayor, and city council would put some traffic slowing bumps on our street but for now I'm just feeling anxious about living on this busy street here in Hayward, CA, USA?

After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

All around great car. Limited trunk space for extended journeys. Love the way it handles the road, the comfort, the large GPS display and the exceptional sound system.

CarPlay, turbocharged engine, compact, easy parking (that's a big deal in LA!). It's easy to why there's a whole community around the obsession with the Golf!

I bought a lease turn-in and it had 31k miles. So far, this car is in mint condition and rides and drives like a dream with a 4 cylinder turbo engine and no problems so far. This is a great looking, very roomy German vehicle with style and passaze. I hope this car last for many years to come.

The car meets a perfect speed standard for specific drivers, if you want power when you need to pass somebody or just got a nice long road you want to open it up on, you can do it, very well if I must say, the 2.0t is a amazing motor overall, so many different things you can do with it power wise, just overall a great balance car, butttt your back seat is not the best in a 2 door, which is what I have lol, oh well

Owner of a 2021 SEL-R Premium and I love this car. The tech is great. I had mine APR tuned and the drive isn’t noticeably better but still good. Definitely get the wheel/tire protection because these are known to not do so well in pothole season. Great mileage and the back seats are large enough for two adults no problem. I get tons of complements and questions. Great car. The premium level is worth the difference if you can find one.

My experience overall is a 4 because our salesman dismissed my concern about the sunroof not working. I had been there quite a bit waiting to hear about the final price etc but as I was taking out things from my trade in, I told Shsms several times I didn’t like sunroofs in general and it acts like an overhead heater during our hot days and it didn’t work. He assured me it would eventually close. I felt like Shams was eager for me to leave and felt rushed. I think he was trying to make up for the rather long time it took to buy the car. He is new, very polite with high energy and I think over time his customers will really like him. I like him and would buy again because he listened to me when I brought the car back . The sunroof needs a new part to operate correctly. I suggested that he slow down and really listen to customer questions and comments and to not rush them when they are checking out last details before leaving.

I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.
