Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

Just leased a new car from Burnsville Volkswagen. It was the 6th car either purchased or leased from them. Aaron Stephens was our sales consultant. Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

Good people, fair price! They fixed a tiny paint ding perfectly on the spot. I would recommend Apple Ford to anyone for a hassle free purchase.

I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

Had a flat tire on our 2022 Jeep Cherokee, vehicle didn't have a spare tire or fix a flat. Mike at Ryan's front counter was super to work with and found that we had roadside assistance. Got me the phone number and had the vehicle towed to Buffalo. Mike also ordered the fix a flat that was suppose to be in the vehicle when purchased. Service repaired the tire in a timely manner. So my Habenero orange R Line is named Princess... she is quick when she needs to be, and eco mode is there for when she doesn't. Gas mileage is fantastic either way. She is so responsive, the handling on her is top notch. I've put a LOT of miles on her, I think upwards of 50k without a single mechanical failure. A few accidents, the front collision sensor is a pain to replace but I like in a bumper car city, unfortunately.

Luther Hopkins Honda responded quickly to my cars.com request for info, had the car ready for a test drive and sold it for a fair price. Car was in excellent shape and the dealership made a used car looks and smell like new.

I had wanted Golf my whole life and now that I have it-it does not disappoint! It is SO much fun to drive and I have an automatic transmission! For being a smaller vehicle you can stuff a lot of things in it when needed.

Lot of car for the price, most of the part underneath the hood are Audi's. Even though VW went low on quality with trims and plastic. They stood on mark on technology, drivability and sportiness. Lot of fun to drive with DSG especially when shifting to manual mode. Great car overall!!

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

The sales guy, Tony, was friendly, experienced, not pushy at all. The whole process went off without a hitch. Financing was no problem - we worked through some minor issues easily.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Better fit- I also had my sis mechanic read the car fax & the want the car to get fixed there—- more than I.can $

Volkswagen has an ongoing issue with the blender actuator in the dash for your vents. They have no idea about it yet I went to all the brand new cars on the line. They still are coming out like that. 2022 Volkswagen Taos se

I have owned many cars, but have NEVER received the compliments like I do on this vehicle. I have a 2019 VW Arteon SEL Premium R-Line 4 Motion. It now has 82,000 and I bought it with under 30,000 3 years ago. I love this car. I perform all scheduled maintenance, but otherwise have not spent a dime in the repair shop. Prior to the end of the manufacturer warranty, I purchased the extended warranty to 150k miles or 10 years. The vehicle has the most spacious back seat of any car out there, with a 6-3 person able to fit without knees touching with front seat set normally. One thing I have not seen mentioned is, that with all of the other amazing features, the car will perfectly parallel park itself and will let you know if a spot is big enough. I just learned about this myself in last month. I played with it and it works perfectly. All you do is shift and give a little gas, but it does all steering. I have taken several trips of hundreds of miles each. In this car, they are very comfortable and easy. The seat massage is sufficient and the ventilated seats work great. Mileage, performance, ride quality, and comfort are amazing. Recently, I had a new BMW X5 as a rental. I couldn’t wait to get back to my Arteon. Any Arteon owner will agree how magnificently they steer and drive. I love everything about this best kept secret in the auto business. I plan to keep this car till the wheels fall off. A first for me. I highly recommend this car. Thank you VW for making such an amazing vehicle. Oh, by the way, the Arteon was made in Germany and is of impeccable build quality, as we all expect from the Germans.

I love convertibles in the summer but they're not fun to drive in the winter. The EOS is two cars in one. It's a convertible that with the push of a button becomes a hard top. Unlike most convertibles, the EOS is also quite practical. It seats 4 and with the top up has a huge trunk. Best of both worlds.
