This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

I bought my first real car at merchants and it was a great and educational experience, Damien Gutierrez sold me the car and he was amazing and explained everything so well and i felt very comfortable with the whole process, he was honest and made sure i didn’t feel any pressure, he was also incredibly quick with the entire process it took up little of my time and i was in my new car quickly.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

Got a truck from them bought running boards for the pickup but couldn’t put them on cuz running boards were rotted so called Tim’s an they said bring the truck down an fixed the issue thank you

GTI's do almost everything well. Economy, performance, flexibility, holds value, road car, back roads car, safety, comfort, feature-laden and now almost $10K less than the price of the average new vehicle. Two minor flaws IMO. All GTI's should have Golf R climate controls. Standard controls too confusing and fussy. Rather set it and forgot it. DSG is "still funky after all these years." Don't get me wrong, the lightning quick shifts and in-traffic ease are compelling, but DSGs can be clunky and feel strange at low speed and can't yet read all of your intentions correctly, thus some odd decisions/shifts on occasion. Not a fault, just a thing. Otherwise brilliant. GTI is among the contenders for "best" mass-produced combustion engine car of all time. Yes, that good. If shopping the used market, I would strongly suggest one try to get a Performance Package car. Much better brakes that won't need brake service as often and stop better. Also, the electronically controlled differential aids both traction and handling.

I've not been to the lot yet so can't rate anything but customer service. And their customer service is A . By far, the nicest and most honest dealership I've ever spoken to.

This vehicle met the needs we were looking for. Drives well has sport mode for when I’m in a nascar driver mood! All around pretty good vehicle.

David Kim was excellent. I got a 2021 Jetta SEL Premium. The car is immaculate, it looks brand new,the inside looks like it's never been touched.

I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

Ron was very friendly and worked hard to help us get into a car we could afford and is reliable! I would highly suggest anyone that needs a car to go to Merchats and ask for Ron Semons!

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

I've owned this vehicle 2019-2023 (and counting). I'm 70yrs old and can say this is the best car I've ever owned. Performance, comfort and styling are 5.0. Most in my age group don't understand the Golf R until they get to drive it.

Initially I went to the dealership didn't see anything I liked kind of forgot about it But Dave called me With a different car and it turned out to be a 2015 Focus it runs and drives perfect I love it....... Saw the carfax felt they were honest And straightforward

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

I just bought a car and it was perfect. The service was very quick, and Ross respond to all of my emails and questions very quickly. It was very easy to buy my car and he was very helpful and nice though out the entire process. Definitely Recommend!

Bought it almost new (2600miles) in 2013. Longest car I ever kept. It’s fun to drive, comfortable, solid, nibble in and out of traffic, good in snow and rain. Excellent on hills because of the turbo engine and regularly beat the high end BMW, Audi MB and Lexus. costs a little more cause it needs premium gas. One tune up every year and every time the mechanic told me transmission, brake, muffler, tailpipe, timing belt all good. So far one major repair of gaskets because of water leak at $2000 and regular tires battery . Will keep until we are forced to go EV

Went in initially to browse. At first I was a little overwhelmed because they have so much inventory. I found a couple of SUV's I liked. I test drove them both and decided on one - a Mazda CX-5. Dave made it SO easy! He got me financing, included an extended warranty and I drove out with a new, used car. I am extremely happy and would recommend Price Auto 2 to anyone.

Good all - around vehicle...decent power, roomy and comfortable interior, quiet and smooth ride, good handling and nice steering feel, great gas mileage, good visibility... Freeway passing requires a bit of patience and planning...

I had the best experience ever. I ended up going to Cupples because my little 2007 Toyota Yaris with over 200,000 miles started showing it’s age. I loved the car and wanted to replace it with one with lower miles. I located one at Cupples and as others have stated, I trusted Ross right away after talking on the phone which made it worth the drive which was over an hour. My issue is that I don’t have a good credit rating because I usually use cash only. The last car I had financed was back in 93, but this time for various reasons I only had about half of the money. Ross was helpful from the start, more like a Social Worker than a used car salesman. At one point he thought that I might have to go with a newer car, 2012 or later. I went on the website and found an 2012 Audi that I fell in love with for 8,000 $’s, 2,000 more than the Yaris. I texted Ross about it and he said “No, you don’t want that car, it’s not reliable.” What used car salesman does that? Eventually he found a way to get me into the Yaris I was looking at, with only 94,000 miles. I absolutely love it, just like my old one but runs like It’s brand new. Better than my old one because I bought it with high miles to start with. This is the first review I have ever written, but after my great experience I felt it was the least I could do. My criteria for a car was simple.... all wheel drive, manual transmission, and good performance. I've owned a number of got hatches but I'll go the distance and say this is my favorite. It drives like yours expect a German car should.... well mannered, quiet, planted, and reasonably quick. Interior is excellent and honestly I can say that domestic cars have a LONG way to go before they hit this quality. Really looking forward to having this car for years to come.

I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

The sales consultant that I worked with, Mr David Smith did an excellent job. Buying process went very well for me. The only part of the whole process that I didn’t believe was right, was that I had explained that I buy my vehicles and was not interested in leasing a vehicle. After asking him for the bottom price on the truck, he sent me a quote that I was sure they could do better on. Did receive another quote a day later that included a lease rebate. That rebate was not mentioned in email which myself and wife reviewed. When contacted that we could work with that price was then informed of the rebate. So it was either come up with the extra money or cancel deal after moving money from other accounts. Deal is done and happy with the vehicle

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

This was one of our best (top 2) car buying experiences ever. Ross was excellent to deal with; he was very responsive in communication, and extremely low-pressure in his sales approach. If only more businesses were like Cupples! My mom and I were shopping for a car for her. She doesn’t like new technology so we were looking for an older model in great condition. Ross had several to choose from and we took a few out. My mom decided on a 2012 RAV 4. Since bringing it home there have been a few tiny glitches but Ross and his terrific assistant, Connor sorted them out, even coming to pick up the car so my mom wouldn’t have to worry. In fact, the selection of vehicles that Cupples had was so good I shipped one back west when I went home - Ross organized that too. It’s obvious that Ross and Connor take pride in the business and my mother and I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon what must surely be one of the best used car dealerships in New England.

This was the 1st car that I bought brand new a 2012 jeddah station wagon I like this car a lot have a 150000 miles on it only one issue and that was resolved quickly I keep it maintained I take care of oil changes when needed And it has been a very good car

I purchased my SEL from a dealership with only 13k miles. Great Value with every option you can get in a car the only thing it doesn't come with is a Heads Up Mph Display. The Fender Speakers System with Apple Car Play sounds rich. It has Wifi Bluetooth ,Heated back seats, Trunk Release by Foot, Remote Start, Rain Sensing wipers, auto dim rearview mirror. Door Entry lights auto, unlocks car automatically with a push button start. I wish the engine had more muscle. Overall so far 4.5 Stars
