There was none of the usual (lousy) back and forth, playing games; everything was straightforward with no surprises, no hidden fees, no bait and switch like I've seen at other dealers. I greatly value that. I started on their website looking at one particular vehicle and David answered on chat when I indicated an interest. Before I got too invested he volunteered that there was minor damage on the vehicle that didn't show on pictures. Other dealers would have not said anything and let me come in (a decent drive away) to try to sell me on something else, but David didn't do that bait and switch so I really appreciated that. He had other similar vehicles in stock so I decided to come on in anyways. When I arrived, the vehicle was not only already ready to go, they had put it through their detailing process right before I arrived. David encouraged me to take a longer test drive, and I was able to get a feel for the vehicle in a low pressure situation. He drove with me on my request and was very patient in answering my questions about the car and the dealership. We worked together to find a good deal that benefited both of us and I walked away very happy; I hope David and Ourisman did too. I really appreciate that when we finally started talking numbers, there wasn't that constant back and forth "let me bring it to my manager" dance. It was a very fast turnaround on price negotiation and I'm glad we didn't have any wasted time. Finalizing the deal went smoothly without problems. We've had the car now for a week and it's been great. As I said it's been one of the best buying experiences I've had. A+, highly recommend, would go again. Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

I have owned this 2016 Golf R manual since December, 2015. My previous car was a 2008 Mazdaspeed 3, a great hot hatch in it's own right. Right away I knew I had to tune the Golf R to make it feel faster than the Speed 3. APR Stage 1 accomplished that in spades. Not satisfied, I went Stage 2 which made the car absolutely bonkers (I did have to upgrade the clutch to a Southbend Stage 3 racing clutch). I have had three years on the Stage 2 and have had zero problems with it. Unrelated issues have included rear differential oil leak, window switch modulation, and misfiring due to bad plugs and coils. All except the latter were fixed under warranty. There is also a problem with the backlighting of the speedo/tach/fuel/coolant temp gauge that hasn't been fixed but other displays are fine. The car at just under 54K miles remains a blast to drive and very easy to live with.

He was very detail oriented when it came to telling me what was going on with my vehicle and what needed to be done in order to get it and keep my vehicle it in great working condition. There were some recommendations that were adevised and completed, and they were completed in a timely fashion. He was very professional and proficient when it came to customer service and very detailed oriented.

Had mine since new 88,000 fun miles on it. superby reliable. Fantastic handling, comfort for long long long drive 6 hours, and great MPG...super quick, it really does everything excellently. Out of 17+ VWs since 1987 this is the best one yet...fun personified, tracks at speed perfectly, solid grip in all weather conditions. Solid, tight, really well done car. Interior layout is ergonomic excellence. of course 6 speed manual, it's best, control and in connection with the drive.

While I've only had my 2017 e-golf for a month, I really am enjoying this vehicle. It replaced my 2001 golf, and it drives so much better. This is my first electric vehicle, and it really is amazing to be able to plug it in to our level 2 charger for a few hours, get enough charge for a hundred fifty miles around town, and not have to plug it back in for nearly a week. The ride in this vehicle is super smooth. It drives like a much larger, heavier vehicle, but handles very nimbly, just like one would expect from the traditional VW Golf. The car screams ordinary on the outside, but on the inside the amenities are very upscale even in the base version that I have. I'm not sure I would have purchased this car without the incentives from my state and the federal government, and the great deal from the VW dealer from which I purchased it. It's obviously still pretty early in the electric vehicle development for most manufacturers, but this car portends well for the future of electric vehicles from Volkswagen. I give the reliability just three stars only because Volkswagen doesn't have the best reputation for the long term, at least from my experience. But I'm hopeful that because this is an electric vehicle that it will be more reliable.

I purchased the 2020 MK7.5. I have been driving it for close to 12 months. There was minor niggles such as a blown fuse, the hlove box hinge detaching, right side mirror needing replacing because of a non functioning blind spot light. Other than that I had no reliability issues....Yet. Yes... The car is quick but not super quick, as some have stated but instead some what boring, because hardly anyone will take it on at the lights. lol It is compfortable and quality is good. You get a lot of car, hence the price. Still fahr more affordable than an Audi S3 with less power. Adding a a cutback sport system that utilises the oem flaps and an APR stage 1 ECU and DSG tube made this car even more enjoyable. Given all that, the fuel economy remained the same. I would not hesitate recommending the MK7.5 over the previous Golf R and even the MK 8. I think it is the better car out of all of them.

The Beetle Turbo is a blast to drive, This car combines styling of the older generation beetle with good enough turbocharged power, making it a fun and exciting ride. Its 2.0l engine delivers a pretty quick acceleration, and the handling is surprisingly agile for a compact car. The interior is both somewhat stylish and comfortable, with a touch of the classic Beetle design. Plus, it's got a pretty good sound system. Overall, the 2012 Beetle Turbo is an amazing choice for a unique, fun car that puts a smile on anyone’s face every time they drive it.

This Beetle was my car that I traded in recently for a new Tiguan. The car was excellent, and always reliable. We wanted to own one of the last Beetles made, and glad that we purchased it from Mt. Prospect VW (AutoBarn) four years ago. Whoever purchases this bug, is getting a great car, and we will miss it!

Overall, this is one of the best cars I have ever owned. This car hugs the road while providing the opportunity to be a real daily driver. Fast, refined, and full of options which accommodate any driving style. If I have one complaint, it is - yes the same as so many others - the infotainment system. The base model gives you a better feel and option for using actual knobs for some of the specifics, which I find somewhat ironic. If you can manage to get past the infotainment system, you’ll love this car.

The Golf R is really a very unique and individualistic car - 'hot hatch' does not really fit as a descriptor as the 'R' is a much more mature and capable car. The car's ultra-high performance is complimented by excellent road handling thanks to AWD and the torque vectoring rear axle (A system only available in the much more expensive Audi RS3). Some commentators have griped at the price approx. 45K (Without Dealer 'Premiums') - however, as stated, this is a much more mature package that contains almost every option know to man! Head Up Display, Napa leather heated and cooled front seats/heated rear seats, Harman Kardon sound system, Automatically operating IQ lights, etc. etc. The true beauty of the R is that it can be driven as an extremely civilized everyday commuter, or you can unleash its inner demons with fantastically satisfying results! Some critics have commented negatively about the infotainment system and the lack of knobs - I am 66 and have found the system incredibly intuitive and intelligent to use - a little patience never goes amiss! Ultimately, this is a superb performance car that delivers in so many ways - it is mature, precise and measured - an amazing car! No, its not a hot hatch in the traditional sense - it is a car that is far more than that!
