I live in Florida and was tasked with helping my Mom in NC buy a VW Taos. Searching the web I found the exact car she was looking for at VW Marietta. I called and spoke with Denzel. Within no time at all we went over the car (only had 700 miles) and agreed on a price. It was a very fair deal and with whole process was so pleasant. Denzel took the point and made sure the car was ready for the shipper. His communication throughout the deal was incredible. The car arrived and was exactly as described and he followed up that day to offer any assistance to my Mom getting familiar with the features. My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

I choose the S model that doesn't come with all the extras but for me the interior is roomy well appointed cloth seats that I don't have to maintain,also a large infotainment screen that is very functional shift on the collome leaving more room on the console .The exterior is sporty and clean lined making it easy to ceramic coating it. I find the 2 liter turbo charged engine provides plenty of power for the model that has less curb weight than the Atlas and the front wheel drive results in getting 35 mpg at 70 on the hwy. The overall results in a very comfortable ride and experience that I was looking for.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

My car is currently having some issues. Normally this is a pain but I can honestly say that dealing with Cathy has made it bearable. She is knowledgeable and so courteous. Just bought the car, and I absolutely LOVE IT! I purchased my Cross Sport at the Beaumont, Texas location, and had the fastest and easiest process. Shout out to Nick at VW of Beaumont for being awesome and helping me get in this beautiful car! If you don’t have a Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport, go get one now! So much space and the interior of the car is absolutely stunning and the technology is an extra plus about the car.

I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

My wufe and I stopped to see and get a closer look to an Atlas VW 2024 as well as getting an estimate for a used one. We were assisted by Deen who gave us a ride as well as info the new model had. We're pleased by the service quality provided and no pressure noticed thought out the proses.

This car is meant to perform. With regular maintenance and wear an tear items the vehicle has been great and reliable. Been doing Volkswagens for over 20 years now. I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

Don’t listen to the complainers. It’s a great SUV!! This is my 2nd cross port. 1st was 2020 SEL tech pkg. now I opted for the SEL R Line. Car is great. It’s comfortable it’s classy the interior with the ambient lighting takes it up a few notches. Has all the safety options needed and more including the heads up display. Everything is pricey today so definitely not cheap. But the retuned engine is appreciated compared to the previous 4 cyl. Wish it was better fuel economy but not a deal breaker. The car is roomy organized and thought out of placing the more frequent “buttons” handy. The entire vehicle has been redone. Structurally the same but almost everything is a new! It’s been a week with the new model - looks like an Audi but more impressive than one. LOVE IT!!!

Responsiveness to questions and concerns was unusually good. Whatever I expected to be done was done better than I expected. They brought the car to my door from Atlanta to northern South Carolina using a dedicated driver and another in a follow car. Both drivers were a very pleasant surprise. The person who drove my new car was a well dressed, well spoken, mature woman. The follow car driver was an older man equally competent and very pleasant to work with on the delivery and final paperwork. Similarly, the crew in the showtoom who I never got to meet, followed up quickly and attentively in every challenge. Great experience.

David Kim was excellent. I got a 2021 Jetta SEL Premium. The car is immaculate, it looks brand new,the inside looks like it's never been touched.

Took in to fix light coming on re: Anti-lock brakes and Traction control. Didn't realize it was still under warranty, but was informed it was. They also identified a problem with the battery and replaced it under warranty as well. Parts were not in stock, so I was given a loaner at no charge. Also had some 30,000 mile maintenance done on the car. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.
