Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. TODAY - I “turned back time…” Years ago, I bought a car from Lia Honda of Enfield, Connecticut. I'll never forget that red bow on the hood of my white Honda. Fast forward to today, October 11, 2025. I purchased another car from Lia Honda of Enfield. On the phone, Mary, a fantastic salesperson, answered all my questions about available cars, prices, and the latest options on Honda vehicles. I was on my way to an appointment at a nearby Honda dealership, but Mary's exceptional customer service convinced me to cancel it. I randomly called Lia of Enfield, because I had questions and drive time. Mary’s “smile” in her voice on the phone brightened my day. Seriously, this was a “thing,” her tone, patience, and incredible efficiency. Mary truly showed that she cared about me as her customer. In person, Mary was warm, kind, and expert. The tour of the available car options amazed me, and I hope I remember all the features! Mary had said over the phone, "We can have you rolling out later today in your new Honda." I smiled, thinking, "No way this can’t be done in one day." Sure enough, everything aligned perfectly, and I drove away in my new 2026 Honda. I want to thank Mary, the sales team, and everyone who prepared the car. Wow, Lia Honda of Enfield really caught my eye! Lastly, as I was "floating" down I-91 South, I noticed the exact colors and models of my previous two Hondas right in front of me. It was a fun moment, knowing I have had a wonderful collection of fantastic cars, and I'm sure I'll cherish my new Honda just as much. Finally, I asked Mary if I could write an email to the manager, and she was humble. Humility is something that we don’t see much today. Mary smiled and said, “Well, if you write a review on Google, it is enough.” Mary didn’t even want me to showboat her to the manager. I guess the fact that I bought the brand new car showed enough. We need more Marys in the world!!! My next vehicle will be from Lia Honda of Enfield; don’t forget this happy customer!!!!

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

Bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger with 5800 miles - great price compared with what the same car is going for today with 40K / 50K more miles. Process was easy. All my friends love the cards and strangers give me compliments. My only complaint was these cars go through an inspection where all problems are fixed. I bought the car in February and by the Summer when I finally turned on the A/C, it did not work. When I went to the repaair shop I was told it would cost me 41000.00 dollars as the hose was broken dehind the instrument panel. In my opinion this should have been caught by CARMAX and fixed before I picked up the car. Otherwise very happy - no problems other than that to date. CARMAX - please fix my A/C??????

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I found a used Rav 4 online that I was very interested in taking a look at. I asked if they still had it, yes but then called me back later to say it couldn't be officially located. Within the hr I received another call it was found! I was able to check it out and purchased it. Cheryl was great. The only negative I have to say is the lengthy wait to talk with credit mgr & review of extended protection plans. So far I'm very happy with my purchase.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

My 2018 VW Tiguan has been good to me, I bought it 3 years ago, no major issues with the engine or transmission. In April I replaced the driver side window master switch. I order it on eBay and put it in myself. Beside that no issues at all keeping my fingers crossed.

There was no sales pressure and I was able to get a good price on the automobile. Service provided a detailed review of their inspection and upgrades. I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

I love my Tiguan. I have seen some complaints about the seats not being comfortable, However, I find mine to be vastly more comfortable then other cars I have been in. I have the SEL Premium so that may have something to do with it. That being said, The car is beautiful and all of my friends just love it many saying they wish they had a car like mine. Three of them are currently looking at getting a Volkswagen as their next car. Overall, it rides nice, has great features at a price point that could not be beat, and the car does pretty well on mileage in my opinion. I still walkout and see my car and think "wow that is a great looking car." The only issue I have is a pretty trivial one, the sports mode which has a fantastic "zip" uses a bit too much gas. I would buy this car over and over again. I love it I also have never had a problem on any of my trips to and from NY and Florida

My Grandmother loves her new Atlas 2.0T, its also easy to get in and out of for Her and Gramps, and great mpg with the 2.0T, and power is very plenty for a tiny engine

I have owned the Atlas SE 2024 for 6 months and loved it 100% the digital controls is like a smart phone, you will get used to it once you know where everything is at. The best car I have purchased in 30 years

I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

I would like to thank Andy Keleher and Trioano Auto Group for providing excellent warranty service on my '09 Challenger RT while 1000 miles from home. I brought the car in at 8:00 AM Monday morning with the transmission in "limp-in" mode. I did not have an appointment but they worked me in and diagnosed the problem as a failed speed sensor inside the transmission before 10:00 AM. They located the part in another town and sent a driver to pick it up. I had my car back by 3:00 PM. Troiano's fast service literally saved the rest of my vacation. I have put over 1000 miles on the car since with no problems. This is the way warranty service is supposed to work.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!
