30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

This was the most wonderful experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We came down a few weeks earlier and checked out what was on the lot and talked with a salesman, Derek Agnew who was most helpful - let us look without being pushy. Loved that. I kept an eye on the website and when I saw that a 2025 White Traverse was on the lot, I immediately told my husband and we were determined to go back down. We live 2.5 hours away so I contacted a salesperson to see if it was on the lot. I heard back from a lady named Stacy stating it was and she asked if we would like to schedule an appointment. We did for 3/31 at 4:30pm. We got caught up in traffic in Nashville because of a wreck and we didn't arrive until a little past 5pm. Stacy was with another customer at that point but she referred us to Morgan Carr - a true answer to prayer!!! She was amazing and so patient with us. We took it for a test drive and I knew this was the car that I had been praying for. She sent the car back to be serviced and cleaned. She took great care of us - we got all the paperwork taken care of and in no time we were driving it back home!! The dealership closes at 8pm on Mondays - we were leaving around 8:15pm. Like I stated earlier - Morgan helped us have a stress-free purchase!! I have already started recommending Walker Chevrolet to all my friends when they see my new car!! It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

I really love the feel and comfort of this vehicle. It serves my family of 4 well. I am the 2nd owner at 13,000 miles. Only issue so far is the oil consumption. After only driving the car 600 miles after my first oil change, check oil light came on. It was a qt. low. I am now in the process of getting it checked at my local VW dealer. Will update on outcome.

I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

I have purchased several vehicles (3) from CarMax and plan to buy my next car from them too, as soon as I make up my mind which vehicle I want. They sell quality vehicles from my experience and go above and beyond for their customers. I especially like their new 30 day return policy. Last time I had a vehicle transferred from another store and was worried I'd have to buy it even if I didn't like it when it came in. No way- they assured me customer service was priority if I didn't want the car they didn't want me to buy it ! As it turned out, it was perfect for me, the price was fair and the service great. Reviews are very important when I'm going to buy anything, especially something that's as big of an investment as a vehicle. I don't understand how CarMax would not make all efforts to correct a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance, my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. We have had and continue to have amazing long road trips with this beauty and we will carry the memories we continue to make in our heart for the rest of our lives.

I must be an exception. I have had no issues with my Tiguan at all after a year and a half of ownership. Bought in October, 2021. I do notice the hesitation on start up but it’s not an issue. I had an Audi allroad and was considering the Q5 but, you get pretty much all the same features with the Tiguan that the price difference just wasn’t justified for me. Plenty of get up and space when you need it. I’m a life long VAG customer so the quirks don’t deter me. I’ve had a great experience and would recommend the Tiguan.

2022 SEL R-Line I see the other negative reviews which is unfortunate but I have not had one issue with my 2022 Tiguan. I purchased in October 2021 and have enjoyed the car since purchase. Well appointed with all amenities that come with the Audi Q5 which I was also considering. I went with the Tiguan because all you’re getting with the Q5 is the clout. Long distance driving is amazing as the car basically drives itself. Perhaps I got lucky but I’ve not experienced anything negative so far. Would highly recommend.

After an accident mid April this year, I was in need of a car right away. The car I had was meant to last me for YEARS (it had only 81k miles), so finding myself needing to replace it was hard. Not only were my finances not in the best place at this time, but finding a used car with less than or equal to 100k miles was near impossible. Luckily the insurance did give me enough money to at least afford a down payment on a car. I went to a few other places first, as I was dead set on getting a truck, but all those places were super shady and the vehicles all had issues that required immediate attention that I just simply couldn't afford. My brother purchased from Angel Motors last year and he had a great experience so I decided to check them out after looking at their inventory on their website. I saw a lot of shiny fancy looking cars, most newer than a 2004, so all of them were pretty fancy for me. I found a 2013 Ford Focus there, less than 100k miles, and a clean title and carfax report. I test drove that car and bought it the same day. I needed a car quickly and they helped me with the process. This was going to be my first car loan and they helped me understand everything perfectly. I've had this car for almost a whole month now and it has worked great! My only issue with it is that I've never driven anything newer than a 2004 and not only is it really quiet, but also has a lot of buttons! All in All, I am very happy with my car so far!

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

The Atlas is an awesome vehicle. Cool style, space and performance. I drive it in the city and also on trips. Great fuel range, love all the driving support it has.

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

Best car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 10k miles for $17.5k in 2018. I’ve drove for Lyft for 2 years and recently drove it from California to South Carolina. It’s has never broke down, had to replace the tires a few times but nothing but basic maintenance. I’m at 112k miles and going strong. One small accident the other 2 cars were totaled mine had minor damage on the front driver side. I love my VW.
