I had a fantastic experience buying a used TDI from this dealership. Karen, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and customer centric. She even came back into the dealership to close the deal later that same night. This dealership also was the only that I found that replaced items such as brakes, battery, wipers and tires knowing that these TDIs sat for several months in a lot during the manufacturer buyback. Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

I never even thought about an electric vehicle I did not think I could afford it so I went to the dealership and they had the ID for xxxxxx2021 for a deal that I could afford. I took it. I must say I love this car and a lot of ways it’s very comfortable. It looks great. It’s well made it is fun there are a few things I don’t like the cap where you plug-in the electric fell off and the driver side vent. My biggest issue with this car is the range it irks me to end it says 260 mile range I get you’re probably never get that but I’d like to get close. The most this car has ever got is 205 miles average about 189 to 200 mile range and this is not acceptable. I am in sales 250 mile range is great but to get less than 200 is not acceptable. Specially, over the car is this expensive. The color I love but underneath the door that panel gets very dull very quickly. It is also stressful because there’s not enough rapid chargers in Los Angeles. Part of the reason is I cannot have a charger at my apartment, so I have to struggle and try to find a rapid charger and there’s not enough of those around. Accommodate everyone. The infrastructure is building more level two chargers, which we don’t need. We need rapid chargers. I seen people almost fight overcharging stations. If I had to do this over again, I would’ve not bought this car at this time because of the lack of the charging stations but I actually do love it and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to gasoline again.

2023 Taos really fits. Even having the S model. The SUV looks slick! Gas mileage is pretty darn good! And the response for a 4 cylinder is great! Really happy with my purchase! Best looking SUV youll find in the $25k-$30k area!

Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

We purchased a used TDI with 50K miles. now has over 150K and have only done oil changes and fuel filter. Only necessary repair was the HVAC blower motor just recently failed. Incredibly reliable car. Diesel engine paired with the 6 speed automatic trans delivers awesome torque whenever you need it. 50+ mpg on hwy trips and averaging 39 mpg commuting. The interior is obviously not luxurious but comfortable enough to keep you happy. I should mention the Stereo system and bluetooth is unreliable. Powers itself on and off at random and will require repair. The cargo area is surprisingly large when the seats are folded down as well.

2023 VW ID.4 PRO S. 1 year this July of 24, 16000 miles. Before the latest software update of 3.1 or 3.5 we could the full state of charge was 300 Miles. After the update, the max SOC dropped to 253. But many software problems were fix. The 12V battery is stronger than the 2021 (they were updated later). Fast charge to 80% is 35 minutes or less. I charge at home in Arizona we have solar with SUNRUN. We installed a 50amp this provides us with using WALLBOX 11kw so for example, today Apr 8, 2024. to charge at home from 18% SOC to 80% took rounding up 3 hours. Not bad. March Electicy bill was $40. No expense for fuel and money saved.

We had a great experience with Mitch! When we got to the dealership for our test drive he was super familiar with the vehicle and was able to tell us all the details. I have worked with sales associates at dealerships who are not familiar with all the features like that, so I really appreciated him doing his homework and being prepared and knowledgeable. Purchased used S 5-speed manual with 33,000 miles on it about four years back. Just passed 100,000 miles last month. Only one problem so far, with the passenger door latch assembly. We get about 37 MPG mixed city and highway, and 45-50 MPG in interstate highway driving. FWD and snow tires work fine here in Wisconsin. The turbo motor and 5-speed provide all of the acceleration one will *actually* need, and also provide those great economy numbers. As part of the Golf platform, it's a solid car and the handling is good. The ride comfort is also good, maybe enhanced by the taller 16" tires on the S version. Simple controls, without an overly complicated radio / info system. Manual ventilation controls (knobs) are a huge plus. With the rear seats down, it has about the same cargo space as our 2009 Subaru Outback: little narrower but also a little longer. Good outward visibility. Driver seat can get a little tiring after a long drive (4 hours or more) but it's comparable with other highway vehicles we've owned. Reasonably quiet inside considering it's essentially an economy vehicle. A very nice economy vehicle, though. We like it enough that we're considering getting another one before there are no more good wagons in the market.

2016 e-Golf SEL bought use 2yr old for 16K with 28k mi. Now 10/2023 with 63k miles. Two tires an a bunch of wipers. Fun, handles well, cheap charging costs (4.2/kWh), 5.3 mi/kWh, practical layout. No updating the navigation, not the best visibility but great backup camera. Not thrilled about the defrost wires in the windshield but it is fast. One foot driving is great! Like a poor man's Model 3.

I bought a used Kia Soul from Constantine's shop and am happy that I did! Plates and title arrived promptly and when the radiator fan let me down in the first 2 days of driving, Constantine replaced it (even though he wasn't required to). I would definitely buy from him again! Nice family business!

I love my VW Beetle! It's adorable and the color combination- chef's kiss. It picks up speed nicely and I find mine to be pretty reliable. It needs a little TLC if you buy it used, but it's definitely worth it. Plus, it can double as a fun summer car if you have a convertible. Buy a VW! :))

I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.
