I purchased a van yesterday from Tom at top motors and my wife and I are very satisfied with our new vehicle. Tom was very easy to work with and sent us a title overnight mail. Would highly recommend this used car lot. We plan to hopefully purchase another one in the near future.

This car is very comfortable to drive. I like the handling and passenger comfort. I bought this used, I will buy a newer one when I replace my family car.

Tom was very patient with myself, my wife and my mechanic, as we looked at virtually every SUV he had on his lot. Even letting us test drive two of them before we decided on the 2011 Mercedes-Benz ML350 4matic. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone on the look out for a 'new to them' vehicle. Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

Let's face it the CC is likely the best looking midsize sedan on the market. It's got the famous 2.0T to back it up. Sure it gives up a bit of headroom but it is loaded...stock. Everything from power and heated front seats to adaptive lighting. The suspension could have been better tuned as it's a bit harsh and floaty at the same time but in everyday driving it's very competent. This thing is a looker!

We had an excellent experience with Wells Auto Group. Our salesperson, Artie, was helpful, straight forward and honest. The negotiation on price was upfront and friendly, and we believe we got a good, fair price on our new vehicle and trade-in value on our trade vehicle. Kudos also to Dale in the Finance Department, who was extremely patient and helpful. I drove 9.5 hours to execute the trade and pick-up, and it was easy and seamless. Just had the experience of my lifetime.. Bought a 2008 VW Beetle,, black with tan leather interior, all the bells and whistles on this 30k convertible. Great car loved by his previous owner and now by us. He looks and drives like the day. He rolled off the assembly line.

I was seeking a car, saw one on-line. He showed it to me. I told him I was looking for a car with a bigger engine to drive cross country. He suggested a Lexus with low mileage. It looked great. I came back with the wife for a test drive. Loved the pick-up, acceleration of the car, and very smooth ride. I took it to my mechanic,  who bought four cars from DFW Auto Mill - that's an excellent testimony. The mechanic approved of the car. Needless to say, I paid for the car then and there. I had the mechanic service the car to start out on a clean slate, new car battery, synthetic oil, new tires, fresh wiper blades. I've been to Arizona and back, no issues. Highly recommended. It's always pleasure to work with professionals 

The 2013 or 13' Volkswagen CC is truly rare. This has always been on my bucket list as a dream vehicle to own. I will describe why I rated it the way I did with each section group. I chose 5 stars for comfort because this car comes standard with a high quality leatherette material; the seats are so thick, comfy, and plush; the car takes corners so smoothly and effortlessly. I have a base model (sport) and I have so many standard features; front driver and passenger full power seats, heated seats, leather seats (leatherette), navigation, one touch power windows, and push-start. I rate performance with a 5 because while this is not a race car, the CC drops 200 HP to the ground very efficiently and effectively with extremely touchy and sensitive pedals. Value is okay when trying to sell; however, substantial when trying to buy, due these going for well under $10,000. The exterior achieves 5 stars because this vehicle is extremely attractive. With smooth lines, roundness, and chrome, the car looks brand new, at 11 years old. To be completely transparent, I have ONLY used premium fuel and this car has never left me stranded (knock on wood). I had a very minor oil leak from a small seal coming from my oil pan, connecting to my turbo, that is IT. The part was/is under $100. Other than the oil leak, no lights, or issues aside from regular care and maintenance. The people who rate the CC with a 1 star reliability rating, don't understand how to care for these European/luxury vehicles.

Very happy with my purchase of a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 with low miles, easy to work with was in and out in less then 30 minutes.

This is like a golf cart on steroids. classy and speed when you need it. Great fun car for any age. I'd recommend it for anyones first car for fun and safety.

This was one of my favorite cars I test drove, but also one of the base models. It has a huge trunk and tons of room for a car seat or 2. Gets an average of 38-40mpg which is awesome for my driving to and from work.

Great experience overall, and Mike (owner) was very nice. Saw the car on cars.com, called, came in, liked the vehicle and ended up buying it. Wasn't pushed into anything, felt pretty good about the deal I was getting. The car wasn't perfect, but it was in great condition and above everything else I've seen for the price. Would definitely recommend, but do your market research.

I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.

I contacted them on a Friday night about an F150 that I really liked. Not even 12 hours later, I was leaving the parking lot with it! I could not have asked for a better experience. The 5 hour drive was well worth it.

The car overall is in great shape besides a few things here and there but for the year it's to be expected and we got the vehicle at a great price we brought it home all the way to Rockford and had it inspected by our mechanic and he says that we made a great choice.

My first car and I love it! Got it almost a year ago with 76k miles. Now has about 82k. Only two previous owners. No problems whatsoever, minus just having to change some lightbulbs. Two friends have newer Passats ('12 and '13) and have had a bunch of issues! Love the seat warmers and sunroof. I have an aftermarket Bluetooth stereo, which makes drives even better. I live in a hilly, mountainous area and have never had any problems, despite being front wheel drive. A blast to drive, I always feel safe. "Below '05 and you'll never worry about the drive"!

Best car I've ever owned. One problem that I'm constantly changing bulbs. It's very responsive vehicle. It handles very well the turbo does it complete Justice.

Bought it almost new (2600miles) in 2013. Longest car I ever kept. It’s fun to drive, comfortable, solid, nibble in and out of traffic, good in snow and rain. Excellent on hills because of the turbo engine and regularly beat the high end BMW, Audi MB and Lexus. costs a little more cause it needs premium gas. One tune up every year and every time the mechanic told me transmission, brake, muffler, tailpipe, timing belt all good. So far one major repair of gaskets because of water leak at $2000 and regular tires battery . Will keep until we are forced to go EV

I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

Was at the dealership to buy a 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross for my daughter. Though the sale didn’t go through, the professional and friendly attitude of the staff were quite commendable. Good location too, in Dallas.

This car has a very roomy interior and the SEL premium option and a bunch oh technology upgrades that are great to have. Heated seats, duel climate control and remote start are standard.

I bought a lease turn-in and it had 31k miles. So far, this car is in mint condition and rides and drives like a dream with a 4 cylinder turbo engine and no problems so far. This is a great looking, very roomy German vehicle with style and passaze. I hope this car last for many years to come.

This car meet all my needs, I wanted a back up camera, leather seats, air condition, tinted windows and a nice stereo. Stereo was even upgraded.

I purchased a Mercedes S550 2008. This is the best old used vehicle I've ever purchased. It's been 2 weeks now .I took it to Firestone to run full inspection. It passed with flying colors. To all the "whiners" out there (detailing mechanical issues) "after" 100,000 miles. You don't let ANY brand of car go without "scheduled maintenance at or around 90-100,000 miles. Look at your maintenance book that came with the car. (ALL) cars have an expensive scheduled maintenance plan. If you buy a new 2024 its gonna have a $100-300 inspection and a mechanic bill of $150-175/Hr labor before parts. Some of you sound like you're suppose to be able to buy a perfect car that will never need maintenance. Really??? sheeesh. Buy an extended warranty and a new(er) car. You're the worst kind of driver to review any car. This brand is often nicknamed the "million mile" car bc it can go that far with "scheduled maintenance" of the engine wear items and oil changes. Can your Honda or Hydaui go that far??? I challenge you as a 4 VW car owner from the 2006-2014 to beat this brand of engine on highway mpg and engine longevity. Go do your homework and stop whining. My 2006 VW diesel still going at 325,000 and my 2014 Passat Tdi still going at 147,000 with the engine pistons and rings just getting seated at 90000-100,000 miles. You don't know what that means but as a diesel tech I can tell you it means it just getting its first break in period on its longevity of the engine parts. Farfenugen baby. Go VW!!!
