I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Found a certified 2018 Jetta that looked like new -- polished and clean down to the wheel wells and engine bay. Negotiation was friendly and professional. Came to a good agreement quickly. Trade in value was more than fair. The car drives like new. Overall, a great experience.

Finance manager was very accommodating and had all my paper work ready in advance so that I spend only 30 minutes with him before completing the sale. I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

sometimes you hope that what you do is a good thing. That was me on 8/20 when I loaned my car to a neighbor whose car was in the shop for 2 days. On that fateful day he hit another car and then State Farm declared it totaled. I was moving out of state and driving 1800 miles to OR. from MO. A friend assisted in the car search and we headed to Lawrence to check out several cars. When we arrived at Crown Toyota/VW there was a recent trade-in arrival. It was up on a rack with all its wheels off. We looked at the underbelly, the interior and the exterior. It would not finish all its check overs until Tuesday. My friend and I were at the door 9 am that Tuesday. It was through the kindness and attention of Scott Davids that we knew the car was ready for a test drive. He had been very thorough and transparent in the steps to have it ready for me to drive. I did. The 2022 Hyundai Tucson was a good fit, so it was purchased. There was no push. There was no other manager coming out to talk to me. I greatly appreciated the cool, informative approach and NO strong arm pressure. I have been in touch with Scott several times (so far) asking questions about all the technology (my former car was a 2007 H. Tucson), even though he had taken almost an hour to go through it all before I drove it home. I do sometimes forget some facts. It has been a splendid relationship. He is kind, helpful and deserves all the good feedback I can provide.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

I came in late on a Saturday. I pulled up 15 min before they were to close. The Service Advisor, Greg, stepped up, asked me what was needed and he was off and running. He demonstrated exemplary customer service, empathy, attention to detail and kindness. He went above and beyond in respect, consideration and character by keeping his word and completing the vehicle when he said he would. I was very empressed (obviously). They have a large flat screen TV and provide amenities for those waiting. They have vehicles available to borrow while yours is being repaired as well as service to drive you back home and pick you up if you don't want to borrow a vehicle. Its incredible! I have owned the Atlas SE 2024 for 6 months and loved it 100% the digital controls is like a smart phone, you will get used to it once you know where everything is at. The best car I have purchased in 30 years

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

Very prompt with contracting and delivery of the vehicle. Customer service was exceptional and we were in and out in less than an hour. Our sales rep was very nice and easy to talk to, and the dealership wasn’t pushy at all like so many dealerships.

Great value for your money. Surpassed toyota canary for price and value. Only downside small 6.5 screen other than that the gas mileage is through the roof.
