Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

He was extremely polite, willing to answer questions and had no problem getting up to ask about an answer he wasn’t certain of. I appreciated he wasn’t pushy, condescending, or fake. This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Best car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 10k miles for $17.5k in 2018. I’ve drove for Lyft for 2 years and recently drove it from California to South Carolina. It’s has never broke down, had to replace the tires a few times but nothing but basic maintenance. I’m at 112k miles and going strong. One small accident the other 2 cars were totaled mine had minor damage on the front driver side. I love my VW.

I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

To whomever this concerns: There’s a salesman at the Bill Hood Bargain dealership whose actual name I’m not exactly sure of his actual name ..might be Dionte..but to me his name is Saginaw. I went to his dealership interested in a 2013 Lincoln but left a week later with a 2019 Ford Fusion!! I’ve never been given a reason to praise a car salesman I’ve dealt with EVER. However,Saginaw is thee exception. I truly had the best car buying experience that I never thought could exist!! He was extremely attentive and pleasant with phenomenal communication skills. He responded promptly to all my calls & texts and that’s a rare find when dealing with car buying. Also the financing magician Jerrod also deserves a round of applause!! I sure hope both Saginaw and Jarrod get the recognition from their bosses that they deserve. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to for one customer and spent an extreme amount of time just on me ..that was amazing. I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

I purchased my SEL from a dealership with only 13k miles. Great Value with every option you can get in a car the only thing it doesn't come with is a Heads Up Mph Display. The Fender Speakers System with Apple Car Play sounds rich. It has Wifi Bluetooth ,Heated back seats, Trunk Release by Foot, Remote Start, Rain Sensing wipers, auto dim rearview mirror. Door Entry lights auto, unlocks car automatically with a push button start. I wish the engine had more muscle. Overall so far 4.5 Stars

Don’t listen to the complainers. It’s a great SUV!! This is my 2nd cross port. 1st was 2020 SEL tech pkg. now I opted for the SEL R Line. Car is great. It’s comfortable it’s classy the interior with the ambient lighting takes it up a few notches. Has all the safety options needed and more including the heads up display. Everything is pricey today so definitely not cheap. But the retuned engine is appreciated compared to the previous 4 cyl. Wish it was better fuel economy but not a deal breaker. The car is roomy organized and thought out of placing the more frequent “buttons” handy. The entire vehicle has been redone. Structurally the same but almost everything is a new! It’s been a week with the new model - looks like an Audi but more impressive than one. LOVE IT!!!

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.
