You select the car you want, set your maximum price, and they attempt to purchase it for you. If successful, they add a flat $3,500 fee plus a very low $199 dealer fee — no hidden costs, no complicated add-ons. What impressed me most is that their fee is the same whether you’re buying a $10k car or an $80k car, making the pricing structure transparent and fair compared to traditional dealers. Even though IMOTO also keeps about 80 cars on their physical lot in Walpole, the real advantage is the huge online selection that changes daily. If you don’t win the auction or the car goes past your budget, you can simply try again the next day with a new option. I’ll admit I was skeptical about wiring money and just waiting for a car to show up. Some online reviews raised similar concerns, so I voiced this to my salesperson, Jordan. To my surprise, the CEO, Philip, personally called me to explain the process and address my concerns. He even offered to buy the car first, have it shipped and detailed, and let me pay upon delivery if I was satisfied. That level of trust sealed the deal for me. My wife and I chose the Rogue, and within five days — over Labor Day weekend, no less — the car was delivered to my driveway in New Hampshire. Two of Philip’s employees arrived with the vehicle, which looked even better than advertised. We were honestly surprised and elated at how spotless the car was — it looked showroom new. Before this, I had spent weeks researching Rogues at countless dealerships and online listings. What I discovered was shocking: even a 2021 base model S trim was selling for more than what I paid for my 2023 SV. And based on the mileage, condition, and features my car came with, I know I would have easily spent thousands more — easily $8k higher — anywhere else. Getting a newer, higher-trim Rogue at this price felt like an absolute win, and it confirmed for me that IMOTO’s model really does save buyers money. From start to finish, IMOTO exceeded my expectations. The transparency, professionalism, and personal touch (especially from Philip) turned what felt like a risky experiment into the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

We've purchased a new car here, and have had it serviced here as well. The purchase was as easy as it can be. The service department is knowledgable and are quick and accurate in diagnosing problems. I find their pricing competitive. My daughter and her wife recently purchased a preowned car here on my recomendation.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it
