30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

I purchased a used car from Sierra Mazda sight unseen, a six-hour drive from my home. I described my trade-in and they provided me a valuation contingent on it passing their inspection. I was worried that after I'd invested the time of the drive that the dealership would take advantage of its sunk-cost-customer and make amendments to the verbally agreed upon deal. E.g., "your trade-in is less pristine than we accounted for and we'll need to de-value your trade-in." To my delight and surprise, this did not happen. Robert (salesman) and Annie (paperwork specialist) processed the trade-in and purchase with utmost integrity and efficiency, getting me in and out of the dealership, on the road again back home, within an hour. I was so very pleasantly surprised to find a car dealership that was true to its word and not out to squeeze every last dollar from a vulnerable customer. I heartily recommend them for their demonstrated business ethic.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

Service dept is excellent! They communicated with us when there was extra parts needed and when they would finish ,very polite staff , will definitely take my car there for future repairs

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

Karl here at rides unlimited was beyond helpful on our buying experience. He was able to somehow Get us down to the price range we wanted and worked on the overall price the whole time. Even when we thought we had what we thought was the best deal he continued to work and somehow found us something even better. The staff at D'Arcy Chevrolet are the most amazing people I have ever met and have restored my faith in people. I'm From PA and my truck broke down on my way to Iowa. I was pulling a trailer full of sheep on the way to a show. They took my friend and I in and when they opened, immediately put a technician to work on my truck. When they realized that they couldn't fix my truck that day, they loaned me their plow truck to get my animals safely to the show. It took longer for all the parts to come to get my truck on the road, so the just left me keep theirs. They also helped unload and load trucks going to and from the show to help me get there and home as fast as possible. They are the most kind and compassionate people I have ever met. The work they did on my truck was top notch and fairly priced, I can't say enough wonderful things about this dealership and its staff. When I'm in the market for a new vehicle, I believe I will go to IL and purchase from them just because of the care and service they provided.

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

Tony was great, from start to finish. I refuse to buy vehicles from where I live in northern Michigan, so buying out of state is normal for me. Some dealerships make this a difficult process- lie about the state of the vehicle, do not keep up with communication, etc. Not with Prime Rides Autohaus. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. I didn't feel uneasy about it throughout the interactions I had with Tony. He kept his word and was very honest. Might just get my next car from him, they've got a decent lot with some great prices.

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

They had what I was looking for. Went to go check it out, it was the best condition & price out of all the cars I had checked & there process with paperwork was quick & easy. Highly recommend!

I have had my Altas for over 4 years and I keep on falling in love with it each and very day. Extremely comfortable space and overall a perfect size SUV for a family of 5. We have had and continue to have amazing long road trips with this beauty and we will carry the memories we continue to make in our heart for the rest of our lives.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

The moment I walked through the door, I knew this was the dealership for me. First things first, no pressure! I was braced to be swarmed as soon as I walked. But no, just a wide selection of vehicles, chill sales people and most importantly no pressure to buy. I told them the car I wanted to test drive. They copied my license, gave me the keys and plates and sent me on my way. The car was perfect with a few items to be addressed. They resolved all issues without any pushback. The 2013 or 13' Volkswagen CC is truly rare. This has always been on my bucket list as a dream vehicle to own. I will describe why I rated it the way I did with each section group. I chose 5 stars for comfort because this car comes standard with a high quality leatherette material; the seats are so thick, comfy, and plush; the car takes corners so smoothly and effortlessly. I have a base model (sport) and I have so many standard features; front driver and passenger full power seats, heated seats, leather seats (leatherette), navigation, one touch power windows, and push-start. I rate performance with a 5 because while this is not a race car, the CC drops 200 HP to the ground very efficiently and effectively with extremely touchy and sensitive pedals. Value is okay when trying to sell; however, substantial when trying to buy, due these going for well under $10,000. The exterior achieves 5 stars because this vehicle is extremely attractive. With smooth lines, roundness, and chrome, the car looks brand new, at 11 years old. To be completely transparent, I have ONLY used premium fuel and this car has never left me stranded (knock on wood). I had a very minor oil leak from a small seal coming from my oil pan, connecting to my turbo, that is IT. The part was/is under $100. Other than the oil leak, no lights, or issues aside from regular care and maintenance. The people who rate the CC with a 1 star reliability rating, don't understand how to care for these European/luxury vehicles.
