I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

There buying process is pretty simple and easy, easier than I thought it would be! And I received great service and have no complaints, plan on buying my next car from them as well!

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

I highly recommend this dealership. Great people to work with - honest, straightforward, and very customer service oriented. I recently purchased a used pickup truck remotely and they went out of their way to make the experience totally painless.

Loved this car for the three years I’ve owned it. Be sure to set aside $1,000 for a maintenance repair around 75,000 miles. Possibly sooner. Carbon build up is extremely common in Tiguans.

I've owned it for 5 years and enjoyed all of it - for its reliability, performance, comfor, style - you name it. But today, thanks to this car and its safety (airbags performance in particular), I am still alive, so I wanted to write this review because this car truly deserves it. When we first walked into the dealership Sammy Nasr met us at the front door. It was obvious he was waiting on us as he had to cold, refreshing bottles of water for my wife and I. This is something I've never experienced before. Then as we dug into the purchase details, he walked us thru the process, explaining everything as we went along. I've bought numerous vehicles over the years for my wife and I and our kids. This is the most relaxed and trusting I've experienced. Sammy also shared with me some details where I could save additional money that had nothing to do with my vehicle purchase. By taking my Bill of Sale to the Motor Vehicles, I could save $500. This is just an example of someone going above and beyond to help their customer.

I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in 2019 before it was Luther's. I was not impressed with that aspect a lot of errors. But the service department has always been great. When I call to schedule an appointment for Maintenace, they always work with my time frame. Service department employees are friendly, and I know everything will be taken care of.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. I bought a lease turn-in and it had 31k miles. So far, this car is in mint condition and rides and drives like a dream with a 4 cylinder turbo engine and no problems so far. This is a great looking, very roomy German vehicle with style and passaze. I hope this car last for many years to come.

New car 9/2017: odometer now at 65000 miles. No issues at all since new. Fuelly.com calculates 40.5 MPG in 30/70 highway/city driving. 5 speed manual transmission has excellent synchros - and with a very light clutch engagement plus short throw gear changes - this 2017 1.4 turbo is fun to drive.

A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. This was one of my favorite cars I test drove, but also one of the base models. It has a huge trunk and tons of room for a car seat or 2. Gets an average of 38-40mpg which is awesome for my driving to and from work.
