Mastria provided immediate and professional responses to my inquiry. However, it is almost always the case that, when reaching out to dealership, you often hear back from at least 2-4 different people, often from different departments, and that can be a bit frustrating and overwhelming. This was the case with Mastria and it made take a step back.

I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

Car is a gem. Lots of room, handles well and has the power I need. I have the V6. When compared to the other cars of its size I drove including BMW, Mercedes and Audi. You get a car that has the German quality and sophisticated engineering yet saves thousands. I love it.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

Finally an no pressure car buying experience! I like to get a new or new to me used vehicle but like many customers, kind of dread the whole experience of “dealing with the sales people”. I don’t like the whole drawing boxes, asking what I want my payment to be and let me go talk to my sales manager… AGAIN! I dealt with Josh and to be fair I knew what I was going in for so unless you have a day to kill on a car lot, do your homework prior to going to the dealership. When I got to McGee Josh greeted us and had the cars I wanted to look at ready to go for a test drive. There was a good demeanor with Josh and it was easy to work with him. Deal was made that day (Saturday) and I picked my vehicle up Monday with tags, title, registration and inspection sticker by 10am! I bought a 2014 Ford F150 Ecoboost from this dealership. Mike was excellent, he let me take the vehicle for a solo test drive and also offered to have me take it home to show my wife 40 miles away. They were willing to work within my budget and did not haggle me to stretch my dollars. Kevin was also excellent, willing to work with me to be able to get the truck. He returned every call and Mike even drove down to meet me for the VIN check. I went to several well known dealerships and wasn't interested in working with me at all, even when I had excellent credit and was already approved for the loan. This team at Prestige is awesome and the cars/trucks are MINT!!!! Do not buy anywhere else, you will be wasting a lot of weekends trying to find a better deal. I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

I brought my Passat here because all of a sudden it was idling rough while stopped and the check engine light came on. i got a quick appointment, and a quick diagnosis and repair. It was a minor issue, and the labor cost seemed reasonable. Also had a (synthetic) oil change done, and it cost $25 less than my local garage had charged me, who is usually very reasonable. They didn't send me away with a list of things that needed to be done, either. I assumed I needed brakes, based on the mileage, but they said to wait until the next service interval, because they still had some life left in them. Some places would have just gone ahead with the work. Oh, and they were very nice to deal with.

I love this car! Have had it for 7 months. Very comfortable, charges quickly. The ride and performance are the best I have ever driven!

I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.
