Found a certified 2018 Jetta that looked like new -- polished and clean down to the wheel wells and engine bay. Negotiation was friendly and professional. Came to a good agreement quickly. Trade in value was more than fair. The car drives like new. Overall, a great experience.

The Passat is a solid sedan and very reliable. I like the way it drives and feels on the road. The interior is very good size with more backseat and trunk room by far. The R Line is the best

I have had my other car serviced at Metro Ford on previous occasions. Salesperson was very good at listening to what I wanted. I had found an SUV online that I was interested in. Went to the dealership to to see it. My salesman took me out to look it over and explain all the options on it. We went on a test drive of which I felt very comfortable. All my questions were answered. I was taken to the finance manager. I told him what extras I was interested in. He was very nice and throughal . Didn't take long to get my financing approved. Everything was explained to me on payments and financial facility.

This car has been, without a doubt, the best vehicle I've ever owned. From its reliable performance to its comfortable interior, every aspect of this car has exceeded my expectations. Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

We were not even looking at a Kia, however, we do have one in our sights now. Kia Pat was very patient while my husband and I worked out which vehicle would be best for our family. I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. Just bought the car, and I absolutely LOVE IT! I purchased my Cross Sport at the Beaumont, Texas location, and had the fastest and easiest process.
