My experience overall is a 4 because our salesman dismissed my concern about the sunroof not working. I had been there quite a bit waiting to hear about the final price etc but as I was taking out things from my trade in, I told Shsms several times I didn’t like sunroofs in general and it acts like an overhead heater during our hot days and it didn’t work. He assured me it would eventually close. I felt like Shams was eager for me to leave and felt rushed. I think he was trying to make up for the rather long time it took to buy the car. He is new, very polite with high energy and I think over time his customers will really like him. I like him and would buy again because he listened to me when I brought the car back . The sunroof needs a new part to operate correctly. I suggested that he slow down and really listen to customer questions and comments and to not rush them when they are checking out last details before leaving.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

So I feel like we saved a lot of money after comparing the quality of our vehicle . I could not imagine going anywhere else . Junior and Fernando are both really nice guys who work at Roberts . They are good with getting back with you with answers you may want . They make sure you are satisfied with your purchase . I do not think I could walk in to Toyota and say hey can I have five days to decide if I want to keep my new car ?? Their answer would be no ! If you want quality vehicles , sharp looking , new looking , you do not want some one bugging you for a sale Roberts is your place ! I feel they are honest open and care . Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

I had wanted Golf my whole life and now that I have it-it does not disappoint! It is SO much fun to drive and I have an automatic transmission! For being a smaller vehicle you can stuff a lot of things in it when needed.

This car meet all my needs, I wanted a back up camera, leather seats, air condition, tinted windows and a nice stereo. Stereo was even upgraded.

I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.
