Easy to set up appointment for service. The facility is extremely clean. Car drop off was seamless and car was ready when the service staff said it would be. I was late picking up the car, so they made arrangements for me to pick it up from the showroom which was very kind considering it was the weekend. Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

Will buy from them again. The process from start to finish was easy and we’re happy with our purchase!!

I drive Uber 8urs and I have a 2018 Atlas's 2.0 getting 27 mpg having driving 3yrs this SUV is best thing I've ever had great driving UBER and very consistent jdt unbelievable SUV 187,000 miles , best vehicle I've ever owned!!!!

Bought a 2016 CPO with about 65k miles. (Never had to use the warranty). 1.8 L turbo engine has surprising low end torque and lots of highway passing HP. GREAT MPG! Lots of leg room for all passengers. A really great road trip car. Lost it in a crash @ 110k :(

My after many miles and many years together, my time with my beloved Jetta S was nearing its end, so I began looking for my next car while I could still get a decent amount on trade-in. I'd done my research, and I was pretty certain I wanted a Jetta TDI. I came here looking to test drive and get a feel for what I could expect options-wise for said future purchase. The contrast between purchasing my first Jetta and this one was unbelievable. It had to be the least pressure I've ever experienced with any purchase, much less with a vehicle. While my last experience with the finance department at a car dealership left me wanting to get out of there as quickly as possible, Oliver was fantastic at explaining exactly what my contract entailed and how my financing would work. Any question I had was answered thoroughly and thoughtfully, and I absolutely could not be happier with my car or my experience. We just bought a 2013 Touareg from Southpoint VW and it was the best car buying experience we've ever had. This is our third VW and Southpoint was the best dealership we've dealt with. Our sales man Bill Rinehart was unbelievable and worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. The rest of the staff was excellent as well. We're looking forward to Southpoint being our dealership from now on. Well worth the drive from Mississippi! We located the dealership and vehicle through cars.com and they provided excellent customer service every step of the way to help us decide to purchase from them. Even though we were two hours away and a little unsure about driving down there we never felt like we were a burden or that anything we asked was too much. They jumped through a lot of hoops to get us to give them a shot and then sealed the deal when we got there.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

Hailee was great to work with. My 2020 Jeep GC busted a water pump. Service got it repaired along with some other parts. That lifetime warranty is awesome.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

They responded to my email quickly although the vehicle I was inquiring about was sold. They even offered me alternatives. They continue to send me deals.

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

2023 Taos really fits. Even having the S model. The SUV looks slick! Gas mileage is pretty darn good! And the response for a 4 cylinder is great! Really happy with my purchase! Best looking SUV youll find in the $25k-$30k area!

I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

Purchased new Taos SE AWD end of April. Only have about 1,700 miles on it so far but I am very impressed. Fit and finish are great; rides smoothly and quietly. Many features on the vehicle for the money. 8 speed trans is seamless in its operation. Engine idles so quietly that my wife asked me why I had shut off engine when it was idling in a parking spot. Only concern (and it’s a very minor one) is need for more horsepower. I know that the’25 Taos has 17 more horsepower than the’22-‘24 models, but vehicle still feels like it needs more on inclines with four people in the car and when driving into high winds. But that is the only concern; made a great decision when I bought this car.

Allow me to start out by saying I LOVE MY BABY (my 2009 VW cc)! I bought my CC in 2018 from a car lot. It has black exterior and black and light tan interior! She's a beautiful sight to see. I can't see why the previous owner got rid of it. I am the second owner and the Carfax checked out perfect. It drives like a new vehicle. Here's how everything took place. My daughter and I went shopping for me a vehicle. We looked and test droved many vehicles but nothing was catching my eyes neither was I feeling the vehicles. Well, we had decided that we were done looking for the day and we'll go looking again tomorrow. But as we were getting ready to leave my daughter saw this car hidden in the cut as if they were trying to hide it. My daughter loudly said mom, look at that car over there how do you like it? I said OMG, it looks beautiful from here. So we got closer to the vehicle and it was history from that point on. I felt in love with it. But I had to make sure there wasn't any major issues with the vehicle. I test drove I test drove and I test drove it, I inspected it, inspected it and inspected it (lol 😂). I never owned a foreign car before. Before we started test driving the vehicle I asked the salesman if he can put more gas in the vehicle because we're gonna go for a long test drive (I was always told that they keep a small amount of gas in the vehicle to prevent the customers from wanting to test drive longer). I asked him why was the car hidden away? He said that a man wanted to purchase it but he hasn't came to do so yet. While I was doing the paperwork on the vehicle the man and his wife showed up to purchase the vehicle. They had some words with each other and I remember the salesman telling him " I waited for you to show up even tried to hide the car so no one could see it but you never showed up at the time you said you would so I had to sell it". Now back to my story. My CC was and still ranks at a top 10 from the inside and outside. It had over 100,000 miles and it runs like a champ. I did the normal things to it like changed the oil, gave it a tune-up. I did have an issue with the carbon buildup of which when I took it to Volkswagen they said it would be a 3,000 job. I said are you crazy and the devil is a lie😂😂 I did some research on YouTube and discovered that I could put this stuff (I can't remember the name of the stuff I used) in the gas tank and the line to blow it out and it WORKED (cost a little over 10.00 dollars for a can). I had to replace a small hose leading to the radiator because it was brittle and it callapsed. I also had to replace the oil sensor which was a few dollars (VW said they would replace it for hundreds of dollars but I did it myself (very easy to do). I also had to have a bulb to one of the headlights replaced (I went on and let a shop do it for 40.00, VW said it would be over 100.00). Those are the only issues I've had with my beautiful CC. I get a lot of compliments from people all the time. People have even taken pictures of my CC. She's beautiful I tell you. People will often ask me, what kind of car is this I've never seen anything like it before, it is beautiful? When I tell them it's a 2009 they just cannot believe it. I have to admit, I ran across an amazing deal when I purchased my cc. I believe that the previous only used it to go on road trips alone because the back seats and the passenger seat looks like they've never been sat it at all. I keeps it very clean. When people opens the door to get in they say WOW this is a beautiful clean car on the inside and the outside. My CC is loaded with everything and I'm constantly learning more and more features about it. Yes I have the camera on the back. This is the best car I've ever own and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Oh, by the way she (NettyB my car) looks even more glamorous with her eyelashes. Yes you heard correctly, she wears eyelashes 😂😂.(eyelashes for cars). I will have to invest in getting some more tires in about another year. I love the fact that I don't have to pay to have my vehicle washed anymore because being a VW owner I get free carwash service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE 2009 VOLKSWAGEN CC TO EVERYONE!!! Make sure you get a good one. Oh, did I mentioned that I work on cars myself? That's why I was able to do a good drive testing and inspection of the vehicle and the work that needed to be done.
