Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

Our service advisor, David Holmes, takes good care of us and our vehicles! Both our Toyotas are older (2001 and 2005) and we have all our maintenance done at Jim Norton Toyota. David Holmes does an excellent job of letting us know what needs to be done and how long it will take. He even keeps us updated during the process. I have a 2021 Tiguan SE 4 Motion, I have the car for over a year and with 11,000 miles. I give this car a general 4 stars. It’s a great car, very stable, great MPG, the air condition is very cold, road noise is very minimal, great driving view. Very comfortable to everyone except the driver seat, the middle armrest is low and further to the back, the door armrest is low, I have to drive with 2 small billows on long road trips. All other seats are very comfortable. The 3rd. Row is very very tight. The interior dash design is outdated, there is NO end call button on the steering wheel. Performance is good but 30-40 more horse power will definitely makes a difference. Value for money is great, but not for a resale! If you are planning to keep a car for a long time buy it. Exterior design I love it. Reliability, with less than 200 mile I had a cruise control fault, took it to the dealer it was fixed for over $1,000 but it was under warranty, two months later the problem came back again. At 8000 miles I had an engine light, EPC light (electronic power control system) something to do with the engine, and the car lost power, I took it to the dealer and there was a misfire on engine cylinder number 3. I still love my car, I would buy it again, and I hope that it will last for 10 years minimum.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

Got me in quick and stayed with the price for the repairs, as quoted! I will be back again when needed! Clean facilities and nice people!

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

I visited this dealer to check out a car I saw on their website , although I didn't get the car cause it didn't pass their safety test so they couldn't sell it, but the customer service was awesome and I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

Fairly good. The theme was a no commission sales. So the person assigned to me wasn’t going to try to sell me. Well I’m an older man so I really wasn’t worried about that. The car I was interested in was getting some work done so I had to wait a bit. After driving it I knew it was a decent price and I had already researched the worth of my trade. They gave me my price for my trade and the deal was done. Now I have learned that the real profit is made in the closing process. I was just too tired to deal with that. So the next day I went in to finish up. There definitely was some pressure to buy an extended warranty and furture service. But my salesman really wasn’t able to get me to buy any of that. So in closing, I got a good deal on the car and a decent price for my trade. But an inexperienced buyer may have ended up with a lot more cost. So know what you’re buying and selling and don’t get talked into buying something that you really don’t need.

Great car for the money. I like everything about it except the Infotainment system. It would be nice to have an aux input and a cd player.

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

I’m 6”2 315 lbs and I’m comfy in it. It’s fast without being in sports mode. Handles well. Gas is a killer compared to my little old sedan but $50 to fill up supreme isn’t that bad. I’d recommend it to almost anyone.
