Jack and the entire service department team are the best. I won't take my Nissan anywhere else for service. We moved 25 minutes away and I still take both our cars there for regular maintenance service.

We went in to look at a specific used vehicle.That vehicle was actually being serviced. We did however drive 4 different makes of vehicles. We were not even looking at a Kia, however, we do have one in our sights now. Kia Pat was very patient while my husband and I worked out which vehicle would be best for our family. He was low key and answered all of our questions , we would recommend going to this dealership (Kia Pat) for a low pressure, buying experience.

Found a certified 2018 Jetta that looked like new -- polished and clean down to the wheel wells and engine bay. Negotiation was friendly and professional. Came to a good agreement quickly. Trade in value was more than fair. The car drives like new. Overall, a great experience.

Excellence in all service of the vehicle from cruise to lights and wiper settings. Entertainment and assistive screen instrument pannel easy to use. Quick click and change of time done! It does illustrate the car needs to attention is low on air pressure or service needs that is helpful to a senior driver. Great Dance and love the flow on the roadways!

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

I really like the way my CC handles the curves up in the mountains. The turbo four has all the power I need and the gas mileage in town is surprisingly good. The looks are what sold me in the first place. I catch myself looking over my shoulder to get a glance as I walk away.

Owner of a 2021 SEL-R Premium and I love this car. The tech is great. I had mine APR tuned and the drive isn’t noticeably better but still good. Definitely get the wheel/tire protection because these are known to not do so well in pothole season. Great mileage and the back seats are large enough for two adults no problem. I get tons of complements and questions. Great car. The premium level is worth the difference if you can find one.

After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

We had the best experience with Subaru of Olathe. We stopped by on a whim at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and figured we would have to come back on Monday to complete the day given it was so late in the day on Saturday. We had a pre-approval through Mazuma and they were able to execute the loan right there at the dealer, on a Saturday afternoon the bank had already closed! I LOVE their no pressure, no hidden fee's, no finance department, team approach. We worked with Olivia and Ricky and they were so friendly, helpful and great to work with. We were out of there in just about an hour flat. I will definitely be buying our cars from them moving forward. Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Matthew and Sharon handle the financial side of our purchase and also was clear on 30-day refund policy and purchase of our Kicks. I would highly recommend this CarMax in Independence; they took time to give us peace of mind on our new Nissan Kicks.

I have had my atlas for 1 year 56000 + miles on the road. Interior has some big oops we diddnt think of thats. Phone charger in cubby. Useless shifter and drinks make it un usable . Drivers seat way too far to the right not centered to cluster, the steering wheel and distance between door to seat and seat to console. RightKnee developes bruses against console. Plugs for usb, audio and lighter is like threading a needle in a inclosed black dark box. Accident waiting to happen ... that is all for now trading it in for a truck.

Don’t listen to the complainers. It’s a great SUV!! This is my 2nd cross port. 1st was 2020 SEL tech pkg. now I opted for the SEL R Line. Car is great. It’s comfortable it’s classy the interior with the ambient lighting takes it up a few notches. Has all the safety options needed and more including the heads up display. Everything is pricey today so definitely not cheap. But the retuned engine is appreciated compared to the previous 4 cyl. Wish it was better fuel economy but not a deal breaker. The car is roomy organized and thought out of placing the more frequent “buttons” handy. The entire vehicle has been redone. Structurally the same but almost everything is a new! It’s been a week with the new model - looks like an Audi but more impressive than one. LOVE IT!!!
