I have been coming to this dealership for some time now, sometimes for scheduled visits, sometimes for surprise visits like this last week when my check engine light came on. Jeremy and Gary worked with the technician to get my vehicle right in to find out we had a sensor go bad. The sensor was replaced and I was on the road in under 2hrs. So thankful they are there.

Very comfortable drive, leg room for 4 big adults, lots of tech features to assist driving. Also fuel economy close to 40 mpg, and visibility is very helpful when highway is packed

9/2017 purchase offered significant dealer and MFG discounting....................OTD Jetta S with the manual shift was $1437.05. At 68,000 miles I've not had a single issue. Fuelly says just under 41 MPG in 35/65 city/highway use. My best highway miles Sacramento - LA round trip was 50.3 on Interstate 5. esshift5

Dealt with a gentlemen named Ernie, he was very professional and non-aggressive The whole transaction was clean, prompt, and worry-free. The 2015 Honda pilot I purchased had its blemishes which was too be expected, and all Ernie would say when I pointed something out was “Oh. no problem we will take care of that!” Not that I haven’t heard this before but they did take care of EVERYTHING, This vehicle looked brand new when they were done with it! This has been a great family car and with regular maintenance it has far exceeded expectations. With 265,000 miles on it, we have only dealt with normal wear. Only now experiencing what seems to be a transmission issue. We shall see, hopefully it just needs new fluid and gaskets.

I found a used Rav 4 online that I was very interested in taking a look at. I asked if they still had it, yes but then called me back later to say it couldn't be officially located. Within the hr I received another call it was found! I was able to check it out and purchased it. Cheryl was great. The only negative I have to say is the lengthy wait to talk with credit mgr & review of extended protection plans. So far I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.
