This car was hard to find had to travel 500 miles to pick it up.. I traded in my 2020 jetta SEL Premium. I purchased mine with the manual transmission.. Plenty fast for me... It gets several miles less to the gallon then my jetta sel, but is way more fun to drive.... This is my 5th Volkswagen, I commute every day to my jobs... Until I have a problem with Volkswagen I will continue to buy them, so far they've been great reliable vehicles...

This is my 6th BMW purchase d from this CarMax. Because of the Pandemic, this process is a little bit hectic. Lots of steps now to complete the purchase. The employees have to work a lot more to protect both the Buyer as well as the CarMax employees. I waited around a lot before I was able too complete my purchased. Always entertaining to drive, accommodating rear seat and trunk, costs less than the hatchback GTI. Smooth cars fast and Comfortable. Along with being more affordable and The 2021 Volkswagen Jetta GLI has the same amazing driving attributes that make the Golf GTI a smash hit, and that earned it an Editors' Choice award. Although the hatchback has a nicer interior, it's actually the sedan that's more practical, thanks to its roomier back seat and bigger trunk. Both VWs boast a potent 228-hp turbocharged four-cylinder that mates to either an engaging manual transmission or a quicker-shifting automatic. The having a bigger back seat, the Jetta GLI sedan has the same performance acumen as the Golf GTI hatchback.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

We were helped and well taken cared of by Ken Parker, one of the Echo Park associate. He was corteuos, accommodating and knowledgeable. I gave this a 5 star rating because of him, he is straightforward, easy to talk to and he made the process of buying a car easier than usual.

Findlay display a rare quality in a dealership of being straightforward from the start. They worked with us and developed a fair price with no stress or aggravation and minimal back and forth. Ultimately, we went with a local dealer to save a 1200 mile trip to/from Findlay but I really wanted to do business with them. We spoke with Fred and his manager Lekki and found both to be honest and upfront on the negotiation.

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

I live in K.C. area, found infiniti at Las Vegas Carmax! Carlo's went above and beyond to try and help me!! Still have not found car yet, but if I find one at Carmax Las Vegas, I will certainly ask for Carlo's!!!

After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. Love this car. Had a hybrid but lithium battery started having problems. I got rid of it. I now have the Passat. Very happy! You’ll Love it!
