Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

My Grandmother loves her new Atlas 2.0T, its also easy to get in and out of for Her and Gramps, and great mpg with the 2.0T, and power is very plenty for a tiny engine

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

Best car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 10k miles for $17.5k in 2018. I’ve drove for Lyft for 2 years and recently drove it from California to South Carolina. It’s has never broke down, had to replace the tires a few times but nothing but basic maintenance. I’m at 112k miles and going strong. One small accident the other 2 cars were totaled mine had minor damage on the front driver side. I love my VW.

My neighbor had a Lexus from Lansing a few years ago and had a great experience so I stoped in. I delt with Morgan the sales consultant and Tony the manger. They were both knowledgeable and very helpful. My neighbor was right. These people really know what they’re doing and the car is AMAZING. Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish and my salesman was an amazing guy.

I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

Overall it was a good experience. I really love the Genesis G80 2.5T they were selling. The salesman and his manager were really nice. They were willing to work with me on purchasing car. The only problem I had was the the distance. Jackson Nissan is in the state of Michigan and I am in El Paso, Texas. If the vehicle was here locally I probably would have bought it. Don’t listen to the complainers. It’s a great SUV!! This is my 2nd cross port. 1st was 2020 SEL tech pkg. now I opted for the SEL R Line. Car is great. It’s comfortable it’s classy the interior with the ambient lighting takes it up a few notches. Has all the safety options needed and more including the heads up display. Everything is pricey today so definitely not cheap. But the retuned engine is appreciated compared to the previous 4 cyl. Wish it was better fuel economy but not a deal breaker. The car is roomy organized and thought out of placing the more frequent “buttons” handy. The entire vehicle has been redone. Structurally the same but almost everything is a new! It’s been a week with the new model - looks like an Audi but more impressive than one. LOVE IT!!!

The people at this dealership are totally customer oriented and serve them with utmost care.

I ha d a great experience with Phil Kaiser at German Porsche service. They told me what would happen and it was all done on budget and on time. Car was even washed and cleaned inside. Very good experience.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Volkswagen has an ongoing issue with the blender actuator in the dash for your vents. They have no idea about it yet I went to all the brand new cars on the line. They still are coming out like that. 2022 Volkswagen Taos se

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

The repair results were good. I was most impressed by the staff. Honest, good follow up and knowledgeable.

I bought a lease turn-in and it had 31k miles. So far, this car is in mint condition and rides and drives like a dream with a 4 cylinder turbo engine and no problems so far. This is a great looking, very roomy German vehicle with style and passaze. I hope this car last for many years to come.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

I had my Honda CRV towed there on a weekend. Monday first thing I had a diagnosis and an estimate, and the car was back on the road Tuesday.

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

Just went for oil change and tire rotation. While waiting checked on getting another lease on a few months. All is well

I love this SUV very nice very comfortable and very smooth it has all the features in it that I love everything is perfect I have no complained about it
