Best car I’ve ever owned. I bought it used with 10k miles for $17.5k in 2018. I’ve drove for Lyft for 2 years and recently drove it from California to South Carolina. It’s has never broke down, had to replace the tires a few times but nothing but basic maintenance. I’m at 112k miles and going strong. One small accident the other 2 cars were totaled mine had minor damage on the front driver side. I love my VW.

Our family of 5 has traveled across US, Canada, & many many daily city miles, in our Tiguan (almost 200k) with solid performance. General maintenance, & a loose nut on window regulator. Acceleration slowed but spray clean of mass air flow (MAF) sensor solved issue. Seats are comfy enough but maybe less engineered for 1,000-mile trips. 2018 infotech was quirky, but good enough. Folding 3rd row, full sun & added hitch for bikes etc. make this smallish SUV super convenient for city as well as long trips.

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

CarPlay, turbocharged engine, compact, easy parking (that's a big deal in LA!). It's easy to why there's a whole community around the obsession with the Golf!

Great buying experience...I purchased a used car from the Stockton CA location, they had a good inventory of cars to choose from and the Sales person Nick Sotelo was well informed and made the buying experience go very smooth, the whole process took about a hour and a half unlike the bigger car dealerships where it can take hours. Hertz certifies their cars and they offer the programs as other larger dealerships, I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase a car and will return myself the next time I am in the market for a new car.

I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

Bought a 2016 CPO with about 65k miles. (Never had to use the warranty). 1.8 L turbo engine has surprising low end torque and lots of highway passing HP. GREAT MPG! Lots of leg room for all passengers. A really great road trip car. Lost it in a crash @ 110k :(

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

My 2016 Passat SE was purchased new and has not let us down. Our only expenses have been oil changes, replacing a battery and a set of tires due to age. Very good value & driver, a shame VW stopped its production.

New car 9/2017: odometer now at 65000 miles. No issues at all since new. Fuelly.com calculates 40.5 MPG in 30/70 highway/city driving. 5 speed manual transmission has excellent synchros - and with a very light clutch engagement plus short throw gear changes - this 2017 1.4 turbo is fun to drive.

I bought a 2009 750i from Niello in Jun 2015. The sale was as smooth and quick, thanks to expert salesman Paul Chamorro and the Finance officer, Po San. After the sale, some things came up that needed attention -- a vibration, a headlight problems, a couple other things that were on the due bill, and a couple of things I asked them to investigate. Ryan Meeker, my service rep took very good care of me and worked with the service dept. to bring the car into excellent condition, with minimum expense to me. It could have been quite expensive, but Niello took responsibility for insuring I was happy with my "new" used car -- quite a deal for me! The dealer called me immediately and described the car I was interested in. Informed me about the cars 1 owner history and was very outgoing and friendly. Offered options in car delivery, since I reside in hayward, CA. I wish I could have purchased this spiffy red Toyota Corolla 2007 but I assisted in dental procedure payments in the past year so I currently cant afford to make any major purchase this year. But, it's great to know that there are still some very nice older model cars out there when I am ready to purchase 1. I pray that before my next car smog in 2 years that I will have the funds to purchase a 2007-2016 Toyota Corolla Basic style car. Any free car donations are welcome too but hopefully near where I live because I would like to test drive the next car I get and Tracy, CA is kind of far from where I live, but the folks around there seem to cherish their cars and am more likely to purchase a 1 buyer car there than around this very fast moving part of the East Bay area here in Alameda County. We can barely exit our apartment driveway where I reside currently because the traffic come from 2 major speedy streets leading on and off the freeway. My neighbor and her child were badly injured because on our 25MPH street the cars go about 50MPH on the average. I wish the mayor, and city council would put some traffic slowing bumps on our street but for now I'm just feeling anxious about living on this busy street here in Hayward, CA, USA?

After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

This is my 2nd Mk6 Jetta. The first one I leased had zero issues with it. It was a 2017 1.4t S trim. My current Jetta a 2016 Sport 1.8t trim is a great vehicle! I bought it in 2019 as a CPO with 38k miles and now it has 127,500 miles and counting! Has give me zero problems. All I’ve done was kept up with its regular maintenance. I’ve used it to get around town and for long trips. Great on gas, roomy, nice backup camera and Apple CarPlay still works with the factory head unit! It also has VW’s built in Navigation system and Sirius XM which has come in handy a few times. The trunk is spacious with rear seats that fold down. The center rear seat comes with an arm rest and a pass through to the trunk. I also love the heated two tones white and black leatherette seats that come with the Sport trim. Driving wise, it handles great with good acceleration for a compact sedan. Easy to park as well!

I just purchased this car this week. It is fully electric. I was impressed with the power and "get up" it has for an electric car. It has plenty of room inside.

The Passat is a solid sedan and very reliable. I like the way it drives and feels on the road. The interior is very good size with more backseat and trunk room by far. The R Line is the best

The car meets a perfect speed standard for specific drivers, if you want power when you need to pass somebody or just got a nice long road you want to open it up on, you can do it, very well if I must say, the 2.0t is a amazing motor overall, so many different things you can do with it power wise, just overall a great balance car, butttt your back seat is not the best in a 2 door, which is what I have lol, oh well
