We recently purchased a used Jeep Wagoneer from Heller Ford in El Paso, IL, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. A couple of days after taking the vehicle home, a mechanical issue popped up. Onie was immediately responsive and had a loaner vehicle arranged and delivered to us the very next day. The service department didn’t miss a beat either—they had the necessary repairs completed quickly and efficiently, making sure we had our Wagoneer back just in time for a planned family vacation. Good all - around vehicle...decent power, roomy and comfortable interior, quiet and smooth ride, good handling and nice steering feel, great gas mileage, good visibility... Freeway passing requires a bit of patience and planning...

We have been here a lot in the past few months. There are some decent people here that helped through some issues we had. It seems as if we dealt with everyone in the building and each of the managers. Simply put, they were there for us and made sure we were happy. Roy was my dealer (and middleman). He was very nice to work with.

New car 9/2017: odometer now at 65000 miles. No issues at all since new. Fuelly.com calculates 40.5 MPG in 30/70 highway/city driving. 5 speed manual transmission has excellent synchros - and with a very light clutch engagement plus short throw gear changes - this 2017 1.4 turbo is fun to drive.

This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

The 2013 or 13' Volkswagen CC is truly rare. This has always been on my bucket list as a dream vehicle to own. I will describe why I rated it the way I did with each section group. I chose 5 stars for comfort because this car comes standard with a high quality leatherette material; the seats are so thick, comfy, and plush; the car takes corners so smoothly and effortlessly. I have a base model (sport) and I have so many standard features; front driver and passenger full power seats, heated seats, leather seats (leatherette), navigation, one touch power windows, and push-start. I rate performance with a 5 because while this is not a race car, the CC drops 200 HP to the ground very efficiently and effectively with extremely touchy and sensitive pedals. Value is okay when trying to sell; however, substantial when trying to buy, due these going for well under $10,000. The exterior achieves 5 stars because this vehicle is extremely attractive. With smooth lines, roundness, and chrome, the car looks brand new, at 11 years old. To be completely transparent, I have ONLY used premium fuel and this car has never left me stranded (knock on wood). I had a very minor oil leak from a small seal coming from my oil pan, connecting to my turbo, that is IT. The part was/is under $100. Other than the oil leak, no lights, or issues aside from regular care and maintenance. The people who rate the CC with a 1 star reliability rating, don't understand how to care for these European/luxury vehicles.

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.
