So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn’t have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

The service department here is the best!
The service department here is the best! The dealership across the river I bought my new Tuscon Hybrid limited from really dropped the ball and another dealership in Florida tried to fix the problem unsuccessfully. I was thinking we were going to have to lemon law out of the new vehicle we spent months researching and finally purchased because of a wiring harness that was a problem from the factory. Taylor was the 3rd try to remedy it before we gave up on the Hyundai brand. Turns out 3rd time the charm is a saying for a reason...or more likely the Taylor Hyundai service department is just better than the rest and try harder to solve your problems. Now that we love our car again, we will drive across the river for our next Hyundai.
