I would like to comment on the excellent experience I have had with the service department at VW Reading. I have had a few issues with my Golf R recently, and every time, I ask for Alex to work on my car, and Molly is always willing to put him on my car with no problems. She is always super nice and accommodating! Alex knows his stuff and always does great work. I love having a dealership that I trust. This last time, Alex actually took two separate road tests with me to make sure he understood what I was saying was wrong with my car. Alex went out of his way on more than one occasion to get to the bottom of my issues and get it resolved. There should be a mechanic like Alex at every dealership. In addition, Josh, the service manager is willing to sit down and talk to you with respect when it comes to an issue you are having. Josh treats you like he values you as a customer and I appreciate that. Thank you Josh, Alex and Molly. I am glad you are there for my wife and me when we need our VW's serviced.

I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

This is by far the best subcompact suv for the money. I absolutely love the 2024 taos se. It's loaded with awesome tech and has great acceleration.

Had car I was looking for ready when I arrived. Very friendly dealership with no pressure whatsoever. Bob Metzer and Dylan were extremely helpful in explaining everything about the car. Drove past a few weeks ago and a few of the cars in the lot caught my eye, I wasn’t in the market for ancar but had some time to kill so my friend Steph and I decided to go take a look around. We stuck to used cars mostly (although there were quite a few new cars, especially the Audi’s that caught my eye!) we were greeted the second we walked in the door, actually before we walked in the door because the first thing we did was walk outside in the lot looking at some of the Certified pre owned cars, we were barely there a minute before Brendan came up and introduced himself, he could not have been a nicer, more knowledgeable guy! We were up front saying we were just killing time, but he didn’t care and still grabbed keys for us to open some of the cars, offered refreshments etc. We eventually went inside and Brendan showed us some of the other pre owned cars they had, asked what we were currently driving, if we were interested what were we looking for etc. He even grabbed his boss, Joe, who I guess is the used car manager and he introduced himself, ended up taking us out in a beautiful black 2016 A5 that if I didn’t just recently lease a car I would have bought on the spot. The two of them really took the time to show us around, ask questions, make us feel comfortable and just seemed to care. Honestly, I wish I hadn’t just leased a car because I would have MUCH preferred buying from these guys then where I did get my car (which was closer to where I live and the opposite of this great experience). We got there cards and gave them our info. Well, this morning my friend steph who was with me decided she was buying that beautiful a5! Her car is a bit older, but still reliable, but she just couldn’t get over he great experience, service and deal, so as long as that car is still there this coming week it’s sold! Thank you Brendan and mike! You guys left such a great impression on us both that you sold a car to someone who wasn’t even in the market! You guys are THE GREATEST!

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I purchased a preowned VW from Blayne Bertolet. Never any pressure, the car was immaculate when I picked it up for delivery, no pressure from the finance manager either. Its nice to find a dealership that does not go to auctions and purchase vehicles, their pre-owned cars are local trade ins, and they are well maintained. I would recommend this dealership very highly, especially if you do not like high pressure sales tactics. Take this advise from someone who is in the car business himself.

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

Unfortunately the vehicle I was shopping for wasn’t a available for financing with my bank (bank’s issue not the dealership’s) so I didn’t end up purchasing from them but the customer service was so great I wanted to leave a review. During my car shopping experience in all of my years I’ve never had a dealer try so hard to get me what I wanted. Their salesperson was so accommodating that he was even up and texting with me before the dealership was even open (due to my work hours). The sales manager tried everything he could without any nonsense or games. Next time I’m in the market they will be the first place I look.

I got the SE V6, which handles very well. This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

I traded in my older convertible for a much more practical Jetta premium. Joe, the used car manager was great and gave me a higher dollar amount on my trade than any other place we looked. My saleman Ben was very helpful and went above and beyond to get me the car we wanted, and at the best price we found. The finance manager Nick was also very helpful and accommodated our schedule on short notice. We're very happy with the new Jetta and the entire process from start to finish. Highly recommended! A

Car is a gem. Lots of room, handles well and has the power I need. I have the V6. When compared to the other cars of its size I drove including BMW, Mercedes and Audi. You get a car that has the German quality and sophisticated engineering yet saves thousands. I love it.

Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

I leased mine about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The dash display is great I love all the features! I got everything I wanted in a new vehicle. Heated seats, heated steering wheel, back up cam, lane assist, smart cruise control. I went from a 2013 Outlander Sport, which I loved btw, and let me tell you quite the upgrade!

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

I have owned the Atlas SE 2024 for 6 months and loved it 100% the digital controls is like a smart phone, you will get used to it once you know where everything is at. The best car I have purchased in 30 years

Better than I expected. Great looks and tech. Plenty of room in the backseat and overall. A bit of interior plastic is a small disappointment but comfortable ride even with the 20” wheels. If you don’t need a third row the cross sport is the way to go! A value!

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

Volkswagen has an ongoing issue with the blender actuator in the dash for your vents. They have no idea about it yet I went to all the brand new cars on the line. They still are coming out like that. 2022 Volkswagen Taos se

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

I Love mine! Love the way it drives! Not too small not too big! Love the way it looks Not bad on gas mileage either!
