So I took my 2019 Jetta RLine in for service since my check engine light came on the night before. My purge valve went bad and thankfully it was fixed and It was 100% covered under my warranty. BUT my eyes were set on a 2022 Arteon SEL RLine that was sitting in the show room. Nik says to me “ picture it in your driveway “, and I already was as I was walking up to it. We chatted for a few minutes, and I told him I would be in touch. I called him 30 minutes later and asked what kind of deal he could give me. When I went to the dealership a few hours later I had purchased this beauty. My Arteon is the second car I have purchased at this dealership, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! Nik was extremely helpful and really did give me an amazing deal on this car. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend going to see him.

This is how the carb buying experience should be. From the first phone call with Chadd, who made me such a professional video of the car that I didn’t even realize he made it personally for me to see the vehicle that I inquired about. Now that’s personal service. Then Melissa, the sales agent worked diligently with me to help me secure the vehicle of my choice, and she kept checking on me throughout our 48 hour experience. Last but not least there is Mike the finance guy, who treated me like family. He worked so diligently with the Banks because I had a unique situation, but he did not give up on me, like what I had gone through with the last four dealerships. He walked me through it and made sure I understood everything that he was doing as well as everything that I needed to sign. you guys are amazing! I’ll be back. I promise you. As far as I’m concerned, I’ll never buy a car from anywhere else. It’s all about the service for me. Thank you all again. ☺️

I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it

I bought my first Toyota RAV4 Hybrid in September 2022. It is a 2020 and rides like a 2022. I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

My atlas has been an excellent car to me. Other than the poor quality factory tires I have had 0 issues. I tow a 4,500lb Coleman with my atlas with minimal stress. It's truly impressive. Most comfortable SUV I could have while still getting 22 MPG when getting groceries.
